Välkommen till Beachwalk Villas, en lyxig höghus villa i den önskvärda Cherry Grove Beach delen av North Myrtle Beach.

FAST EGENDOM:

Beachwalk Villas har två byggnader, båda direkt på North Ocean Blvd. Ocean side är strandnära centrum, inklusive en utomhuspool, inomhuspool, bubbelbad, spelrum med bordtennis och fotboll, träningsanläggningar och badrum för en snabb pitstopp på stranden samt gungstolar för att njuta av sevärdheterna och ljud från surfen.

Tvärs över gatan från stranden och rekreationscenter är lägenhetsbyggnaden, med 9 våningar av lägenhetsenheter ovanpå ett 5 vånings parkeringshus. Detta ger fantastisk panoramautsikt över havet. Bayside av condo enhet är House Creek, där vackra sommar solnedgångar tar andan iväg.

STRAND:

Stranden här är fantastisk, inom gångavstånd (ca 5 kvarter) till Cherry Grove Pier, och med pulveriserad mjuk sand som squeaks när du går på den - perfekt för tidvattenpooler och sandslott! Stranden är bred (speciellt under lågvatten!) och platt, för långvalsande vågor som är perfekta för kroppsskivor.

CONDO:

Vår lägenhet är ljus och rymlig, med bekväma möbler och smakfull design. Många gäster har kommenterat att det känns som hemma! Med tre stora sovrum och tre fulla bad, kan upp till 8 vuxna sova bekvämt. Ett stort fullt utrustat kök, matsal och vardagsrum har alla utsikt över havet och ger ett gott samlingsutrymme. Du är ju på stranden, trots allt!

Sängkläder tillhandahålls. Två sovrum har king size-sängar och den tredje har två drottningar. Två pack-n-spel, två boosterstolar, en enkelsängskena och två barnvagnar är tillgängliga för yngre resenärer.

Fyra strandstolar, fyra campingstolar, två paraplyer och en strandvagn finns tillgängliga för våra gäster.

Uppdateringar:

Vi uppdaterar ständigt lägenheten som vi kan. Uppdateringar 2019 (hittills!) inkluderar nya balkongmöbler, en ny kran i köket och nya takfläktar. Planer för vardagsrumsmöbler finns i arbetena ..

2018 uppdateringar inkluderar: nytt matbord, stolar och bänkar, nya köksstolar, ny inredning, nya solstolar och parasoller.

2017 uppdateringar inkluderar: Whirlpool rostfria apparater, Samsung TV och ljud bar i vardagsrummet, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, HVAC system, drottningar och master king madrasser, Corelle diskar och Towle bestick (16 inställningar), Kirkland krukor och kokkärl, väggkonst och inredning , balkong möbler, handdukar och lakan, filtar och sängkläder och en knappsats dörrlås för enklare in och ut.

Varje sovrum har en plattskärms-TV. Internet, Roku och baskabel tillhandahålls. Vissa TV-apparater är SmartTV och kan komma åt din programmering.

LOKALA ATTRAKTIONER:

Cherry Grove Beach är perfekt för alla dina semesterbehov. Som den längsta norra stranden längs Grand Strand ligger Cherry Grove nära Calabash, NC där skaldjur är legendarisk. Barefoot Landing är mindre än 8 miles away och har över 100 specialaffärer, 16 restauranger, House of Blues och Alabama Theatre kring en underbar sjö. Tanger Outlets ligger mindre än 10 miles away och har över 100 varumärkesnamn uttag.

Du är också en 30 minuters bilresa till attraktionerna i Myrtle Beach, inklusive SkyWheel, strandpromenaden och mer. Broadway på stranden ligger 18 miles bort och har 3 teatrar, över 20 restauranger och över 100 specialaffärer. Golfare kommer att älska det brett utbudet av golfbanor och minigolfbanor också. Ett brett utbud av vattensporter finns i och runt Cherry Grove-området.

Efter att ha haft stränder längs Atlantkusten har vi gjort Cherry Grove Beach vårt hem hemifrån. Vi hoppas att du trivs så mycket som vi gör!

Great Getaway for Business

This condo was a combination vacation/business getaway. Our primary concern was cleanliness, location proximity, and being able to hear/access the beach. This place checked all of our boxes and then some! It was super clean and the owners had everything that you need for the convenience of eating leftovers or cooking your own meals. This is what you don't get by renting a place that is owned and managed by a big company or corporation. These owners were able to be contacted with an issue that I had, and the rectification was made the same day. They were on it. You have no fear by renting from them. I highly recommend it! The owners are top notch, and you can sleep to the rolling of the ocean waves.

Description is very accurate

This is the first time I’ve used VRBO and had a lot of trepidations about renting a property I didn’t see in person. A huge leap of faith!!! The property was very clean and organized. The descriptions were very accurate. Great views of the Ocean and beach, afternoon air shows from Pelicans. Beach was realatively quiet and a few footsteps away from the condo. The amenities and extras were great!

Awesome stay

Condo was a nice location. It was a street back from the beach but the pool was beach front. We had 3 littles with us and we had plenty of room, the kids definitely enjoyed it! Also, Christine is an amazing host very accommodating. We had an awesome stay!

Great condo!

We had a fabulous time!! The condo has plenty of room, very nice to have 3 bathrooms! Walking to the beach was a breeze with the cart that they have. Beach isn’t overly crowded in this area and there’s plenty to do all around. They had a nice pack and play for my 2 1/2 month old and a VERY well-stocked kitchen. We are already talking about our next visit!

Great vacation spot

We loved our stay in this rental. First, the view is amazing. The area is family friendly and has lots of food and activities nearby. The kitchen was very well stocked. It had anything you would need. There is covered parking to protect your vehicles. The unit provides access to a hot tub and an indoor and outdoor pool. The beach is directly across the street. The owners are easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this property.

The owners thought of everything!

We enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely return! The owners have the property stocked so well , stocked kitchen, linens, and even baby gear. It makes traveling with children so much easier. The unit was clean. Beds were comfortable. Short walk across the road to the beach. Building is very well maintained and clean!! Communication with owner was so easy and she was very responsive to any questions before and during our stay. 100% would recommend this property!

Great view

The condo was excellent, it was everything we hoped for and Christine was a great host. The little things in the condo put it over the top but the view from the dinning room table of the ocean every morning was great. Christine was helpful with dinning recommendations and was quick to respond to any question. the beach accessories was a big benefit as we spent every day on the beach. You can't go wrong with this property choice.

Perfect place to enjoy the beach!

My mom and I took an extended weekend trip to North Myrtle Beach with my 1-year old. The condo had everything we needed! Great views, quiet neighbors, fully stocked! Everything was pretty much exactly as pictured. The owners were very, very helpful and prompt with responses! Traveling with a little one is almost always hard, but the amenities available with this unit made it a breeze! And the patio off the living room is wonderful! We spent most of our time out there, when we weren't at the beach:)!!

Beautiful condo

We had a great time at your beach condo! The home is beautifully decorated and we had everything we needed provided during our stay. We enjoyed the view of the ocean each morning out of the front window too. The only problem we had during our stay was the amount of hot water we could use in a short time. We had 6 adults on the trip and only 3/6 could get hot water during their shower. This happened both days we were there. However we still enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again for future trips:)

A Thanksgiving to remember

We had a very memorable Thanksgiving during our stay here. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to prepare our whole meal easily. I think Carl and Christine have thought of all possible amenities that you may need during your stay. We were surprised by all the little details they paid attention to that helped make our stay so successful. Even down to beach chairs and toys! The communication was amazing and timely and they checked in on us upon our arrival via text and during our stay. The condo was very clean, fresh and comfy. Access to the beach was very easy and wonderful views. We were with grandparents and children and they all were very comfortable. Everyone enjoyed their stay and we will be back!

Amazing beach vacation

I brought my family to this condo for an extended weekend so my husband and I could celebrate our wedding anniversary. We loved our stay here! The condos placement allows you a beautiful beach view from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. The space is furnished well and beautifully decorated. From the art that lines the walls to the tasteful beach accents, our family enjoyed the charm this mindfully designed home offered us. I could tell the practicality of this space was also carefully considered. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and a wide assortment of dishes and utensils. There were movies, board games, a jacuzzi in the master bath, and even a massage chair! There were technical conveniences that we appreciated as well- USB outlets, a new entertainment system, and tvs throughout. Our family made some beautiful, happy memories in this home, and would absolutely stay again.

Unit exceeded expectations. Clean, spacious, well-appointed. Great views, conveniently located.

First, thanks Carl and Christine, for allowing us to stay here. My wife and I stayed for month of Feb. The unit had everything you would need. My father and his partner as well as my son and his fiancée came for visits and the unit accommodated us all very easily, especially with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Fortunately, we had outstanding weather for the entire month and that only enhanced the enjoyment - great views of the ocean, walks on the beach, and with my wife being an artist, there was an abundance of inspiration with fantastic sunrises and an ever changing seascape. We found Cherry Grove to be fairly quiet (which we liked) but still convenient to stores, golf, etc. In short, we had a great month and if available, we will be back. Thanks again.

Beautiful Beach Home

We stayed at the beach condo with our daughter and son-in-law and had the best week. The condo is located just across the street from the beach, and is a simple 2 minute walk. There is a great large window in the family room, where you can sit and watch the waves or sunset. The condo also comes with lots of extra amenities, so you’ll have everything you need during your stay. We loved the small details, like extra blankets and towels in baskets on arrival and a hand-written welcome note with contact numbers on the fridge. The WiFi is strong and we were able to connect without any issues. The bedrooms all have their own bathroom and plenty of privacy. The condo is located in a quiet building, with the ability to walk to groceries and restaurants in less than 15 minutes. The only thing that could be improved is providing black-out curtains in the two bedrooms with windows facing the outside corridor of the building. The lights in the corridor really shine through the blinds at night. I would highly recommend staying here!

Home Sweet Home

This condo truly makes you feel like you are a guest in someone's home instead of a renter. Carl & Christine were incredibly flexible, as our travel dates were messed up by Hurricane Irma. They were very accommodating, and allowed us to change both our arrival and departure dates to miss the storms and also get our whole vacation in. The condo itself is beautifully decorated, and spacious enough for our family of six to be comfortable. Many other reviewers have noted that it is very well stocked, and it is true - there was not one thing we needed that wasn't there somewhere. At some point during our trip, I stopped wondering if they had something, and just began asking myself where they kept it. They have anticipated practically any need a renter might have. Christine was also very attentive and responded to any inquiries right away. She is truly a perfect hostess! The condo is a very short walk to the beach, and the area seems private and secluded, but also close to all the restaurants and attractions. It's the perfect balance of fun and relaxing! Their section of the beach was great for swimming, boogie boarding, body surfing, sunbathing, and even shelling! We travel with our family multiple times each year, and this is by far our favorite place we have stayed. We can't wait to come back again and again!

EVERYTHING YOU NEED AND MORE!!!

First off, I am also an owner and have a property listed on VRBO, so I am very particular and very judgmental when I rent from someone else. The first thing I noticed when we walked in after a 10 hour drive was the nice smell of the condo and that it was very clean. I felt like I could sit down and relax without having to clean anything first. We check every bed where ever we go to make sure there are no signs of bed bugs, so be rest assured this condo does not have any. This condo will not disappoint anyone. It had very nice / brand new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen was fully stocked with nice pots & pans, cookie sheets, cooking utensils, plenty of silverware / cups / plates, etc. They had extra trash bags, storage zip lock bags, paper towels, dishwasher and regular dish soap, toilet paper, cleaning supplies if you choose to use them and they even had two charging adapters that will nearly fit any electronic device. As for the bedrooms it has very nice furnishings and the mattresses are new and very comfortable. The TV's in the bedrooms are great size and they just installed new ceiling fans in each bedroom, which is must for me. They also have multiple carts you can use to take all your stuff over to the beach, which reminds me, they also have plenty of beach chairs, sand toys etc, so if you are flying in you don't have to worry about going to buy any chairs or paying ridiculous prices to rent chairs and an umbrella from the beach. This is by far the nicest, best kept, fully stocked condo's I have ever rented. Not to mention that the owners are as nice a couple as you could rent from. They made sure everything was as expected once we arrived, which is a nice touch, and they called once we left to make sure we didn't have any problems and asked if they could add anything to the condo to make it a better stay. Of course my answer was no, you have anything anyone could need and more. They were genuinely concerned that we had everything we needed and that we were as comfortable as we could be. This condo will not disappoint anyone. I would definitely recommend this condo to my friends, family and anyone else that would want to stay in a clean, updated, well stocked condo right across from the beach (although it feels like you are on the beach). We will be back again!!!

Carl and Christine McMillan är värd

We're the McMillans from Durham, NC. Carl, Christine, Luke (13) and Matthew (8) are all beach lovers. Carl likes mountain biking, photography, audio/hi-fi, whiskey and cooking. Christine likes music, beach walks, shelling, crafts, sea turtles and Christmas. Luke likes online gaming, waterslides, swimming and cats. Matthew likes waterslides, rides, art projects, minecraft and ice cream sandwiches.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Carl grew up going to North Myrtle Beach, where his grandfather had a beach place on Ocean Drive (it's still there!). Christine grew up going to Ocean City, MD, where her family had an extensive annual family reunion. Family is so important to us, and we purchased this place so that our family could have a great place to visit with us. We rented this unit from the previous owner when we started our house hunting, and after a lengthy tour of various properties for sale, Christine said, you know, THIS place is the kind of place that we're really looking for! And through some great fortune, the previous owner agreed to sell!
We couldn't be happier... and please rest assured that we will do everything we can to make your stay as carefree and happy as possible!

Having rented our condo for eight seasons now, we can honestly say that we ENJOY doing this and the happiness that our guests share with us makes it so worthwhile!
For our condo, we try to buy the same quality things for our beach place that we buy for home use. Hopefully you'll agree that our property is indeed "well-appointed"! If there is anything you find that would make your stay even better, please let us know!
