Surrounded by lush palm trees and vibrant hibiscus, Breakers West is ideally located just 100 yards from the pristine white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Perfect for those seeking relaxation, the property features beautifully manicured grounds, a heated swimming pool, and convenient access to Sanibel's scenic bike paths.
This third-floor condo offers over 1,000 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space. With only four units on this floor, you'll enjoy a peaceful retreat with no noise from above. The condo includes two spacious bedrooms and two full baths. The master suite features a king-size bed, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, making it perfect for couples or families traveling together.
The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals, complete with modern appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker.
