Step outside to your very own private pool oasis, where you can bask in the Florida sunshine or take a refreshing dip in the pool. The canal frontage offers direct water views, and a place for your to cast a line and catch the fish of the day.

The primary bedroom is located adjacent to the first living room. This spacious bedroom offers a queen-size bed, sliding glass doors to the pool, and plenty of closet space for personal belongings. Attached is the primary bathroom, that has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and a closet. The second bathroom has an updated vanity with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has a twin-size bed and a crib.

Located in Cape Coral, known for its idyllic canals and stunning sunsets, this home offers a true tropical paradise. Embrace the Florida lifestyle with nearby amenities such as pristine beaches, shopping centers, and renowned dining establishments.

House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties.

Furry friends welcome, max 2, and require a $200 per pet non-refundable pet fee to be paid directly to the management company.

Guests can only fish off the dock; the boat lift is not available for guests.

Family Visit

First the positives. Very clean and spacious. The kitchen was updated and the pool was so nice to have. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were very nice. The home was located close to Fort Myers and there were plenty of restaurants close by as well.Also the management company was very responsive. There were some things that could be quickly addressed to improve the experience. At the top of the list, the beds and bedding really need to be replaced. Mattresses were worn and thin. Bedding itself old. Worn. Same with towels. The fan in the master bedroom did not work, but there was a portable fan, so we made do. Given that TVs are so inexpensive, perhaps consider one in each of the other bedrooms.

Needs updates

Although we loved the location and our favorite place was the back yard and pool area (the weather was perfect) however we had to wash all the bedding as it was musty smelling maybe because there hadn’t been any renters recently. Also the master bedroom shade on the sliding doors were half gone so my husband hung a sheet for privacy. The tv in the living room was prehistoric and we couldn’t have family movie night, there were no games, cards or books to be found. Lastly anyone visiting a warm sunny State would love to bbq/grill poolside and all they had was an old dirty rusty smoker. The garage was a mess and the owners showed up during our stay to leave a vehicle in the garage. Come on guys, you should do better.
