Nice condo that suited our needs. The only thing that could have made the stay a bit better is if the living room furniture was more comfortable. Loved the large spacious bedroom and that no noise could be heard outside the condo.

Nice property, great locatiob

This property suited my needs. Kitchenette was equipped with an air fryer/toaster oven which was a nice surprise. I was told there was no option for anything other than microwaving or frying. Perhaps this should be included in the description as I almost chose a different property because of this. Had a problem with the hairdryers but replacements were delivered timely. Great location right by shuttle bus to town! Spacious and clean unit. Would stay again.

Decent room, good location

Pretty good room. The room was not completely cleaned when we arrived (garbage cans weren't emptied, one bed needed the sheets changed), but the contact was able to help get those fixed quickly.

Great Property in CB!

Property is located right next to lift area, and is adjacent to the shuttle bus terminal for quick access to downtown entertainment. Room was very spacious and having 2 full baths was a bonus. Kitchen area was perfect for us, though we only had takeout and used the fridge mostly for our drinks and for storing leftovers for our teenager! Murphy bed was much better than the standard fold out sofa/sleeper out there. Property had full hotel amenities, and adequate parking. Would definitely return!!

Great Hassle-Free Stay

Stayed at this condo and had no issues. The two beds were spotless and comfy. Two bathrooms and kitchen were also clean. We used the kitchen to cook meals during our stay, and it came equipped with everything we needed. Check in at the front desk was easy. We didn't have to contact the property manager about anything, but Evolve did provide clear instructions on checking in and checking out prior to arrival. Only downsides were the carpet looked quite old but seemingly clean. There was also barely a view outside the windows as they were directly facing the other building. In addition, sauna was closed and heated pool wasn't that heated, but that's more a complaint on the complex rather than this condo itself.

Weekend trip

Great location, short walk to the slopes, coffee, shop and handful of shops and restaurants. Five minute drive to downtown crested Butte. Condo was clean and comfortable. We did bring groceries to make breakfast in the condo but the kitchenette is extremely limited. There are no pans for cooking, no toaster, one small, electric burner. Don’t plan on cooking meals at the condo. Other than that it was a very enjoyable weekend getaway.

Great Location, accommodating owner

We arrived a little early on purpose so we could hit the slopes before checking in at 4p. The front desk was not going to allow us to park in the lot until we checked in as our room was not ready. We contacted the Owner who responded quickly and was able to get us a parking pass. We got a few runs in before the mountain closed which was perfect timing for checking in. We have stayed at The Grand Lodge previously, but but in a much smaller hotel room style space. This condo felt spacious for two adults and two teenagers as it has two full bathrooms and a separate bedroom. The murphy bed worked well as we could easily hide it during the day. The location is amazing and it is only a 5 minute walk to the slopes. We learned that there is a slope-side ski valet which was a nice feature to not have to carry our gear back to the condo. We took the free shuttle into town for dinner which was a really easy. It is on a 15 minute schedule, and parking in CB is limited, especially with all of the snow. We checked out The Secret Stash and Bonez, and I recommend both! We also enjoyed A Bar Above CB in Mount Crested Butte for dinner and live music, which was fun. The pool and hot tub were great after a long day. They were often busy, but we could look out our window and see them both and decide when we wanted to head down. Make sure and bring canned beverages or your own cups as no glass is allowed. Plan on eating most of your meals out. We brought simple breakfast foods and snacks, which was perfect for the small kitchen. We brought ground coffee, but note that the coffee maker has an attached Keurig, too. Great value for the location and the amenities. We would stay here again!
