This well-appointed 3rd floor loft is a true year-round escape and the perfect destination for special occasions, stay-cations and girls' getaways.

The space
The 1200 sq foot unit includes two bedrooms (one King, one Queen), 1.5 baths, a kitchenette, a dedicated office space and expansive coffee/tea bar. The family room boasts high ceilings, lots of windows, beautiful views of the pond and railroad tracks as well as amazing sunsets. All rooms have smart TVs with live TV as well as Roku.
Guest access
You will have private access to the entire unit for your stay. It is located on the 3rd floor and can be accessed via elevator as well as stairs.

My husband Dom and I began with the idea of having a "convertible" space next door for our three boys to use when home from college, visiting, etc. and renting it out when they were away. We quickly fell in love with the experience of providing true hospitality to people in a time when it seems so hard to find, and feel so blessed when we happen to make a new connection of friendship that will last.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Downtown Milford has always been magical to us, and happens to be where we had our first date. We continued to return every year on the anniversary of our 1st date- until ultimately we decided to move here permanently! Everyone who comes falls in love with the town and it's charm. We certainly have.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
The FlatIron Loft is not only located in the Iconic FlatIron building, but is also at the very center of Main Street as a result. This allows for beautiful views, a unique vantage point of Milford, and is literally next door to everything Main Street.
