The brand new kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, stocked with all necessities for a rental and beyond Washer and dryer are located in the kitchen closet. In the Primary Bedroom you will find a Queen size bed with beautifully matching furniture as well as a TV! This bedroom also has its own bathroom. The secondary bedroom contains 2 twin beds as well as a TV!
This property features everything you will need for your Cape Cod vacation.

This bright and sunny condo is located in Eaton Village, just minutes from Breakwater Beach and Ellis Landing Beach, and is around the corner from the Linx Restaurant. Also located just 1/4 mile from Nickerson Park and Flax Pond.
The Resort is located between Route 6A/Main Street and Route 137.

*For the 2025 summer season the daily pass rate is $25 per adult and $10 per child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $80 per adult and $40 per child. (Children 5 and under do not require a pass).
*Sponsored Guest Passes include daily/weekly access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled Children's Activities throughout the Villages. Tennis & Pickleball (Fletcher: $20 per hour/court; Bay Pines: $24 per hour/court).
*Pool passes are not included and must be purchased separately during your stay. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club controls the distribution of passes, collection of fees, use and operations of all amenities. All are subject to change without notice.

Smoking is not permitted. Tenants are not allowed to bring pets. Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are provided and beds made!!
