The Space:
This fully renovated apartment features hardwood floors, a brand new fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom, a huge master bedroom with plenty of storage space, a SmartTV ready for you to log in to all your favorite streaming services, and every other essential you need to help make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible!

Located in Olde Town and built after the 1916 fire. This stately home was converted into five spacious apartments in the main house, and six additional apartments occupied what were servant quarters and a detached garage. Original remains of the Craftsman and Georgian Revival-style architecture include the leaded glass windows, arched entryways, and vaulted ceilings.
A local investment group purchased this home, and it underwent another renovation, updating the interior but preserving the original charm and architectural details. Additionally, the landscaping was restored to reflect the original palm-filled grounds in that the property was aptly named The Palms.

Guest Access:
Guests will be provided a unique access code to the digital keypad lock.
Guests will enjoy full access to the entire home throughout the duration of their stay!

The Neighborhood:
We hope guests take time to explore the tree-lined streets, local eateries, shops, and galleries of Historic Downtown Augusta. Visitors also enjoy walks along the Savannah River and the numerous festivals and events hosted throughout the year. Please feel free to take the maps or brochures we've provided for more details.

Getting Around:
While the surrounding neighborhood is somewhat walkable, many guests will prefer the convenience of taxis and ride shares should they be without their own form of transportation.

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
