This property was amazing! The house comes equipped with all of the beach items you need. The kitchen is also very well stocked. The property is also very dog friendly, including dog bowls, bed, doggy door, and a basket of toys. Our dog appreciated those bonuses! We would definitely stay here again.

What an amazing time spent on our family vacation at your ‘Topsail Escape’! Your house was gorgeous, spacious and clean with all the necessities; had amazing sunsets, access to a pool and the beach as well as kayaks for morning treks. We’re so grateful and blessed that it felt more like a home away from home. Oh, and our girl, Willow enjoyed her walks, the beach, her ‘deck tanning’ and of course naps as her humans did their things. Dinners at home (as well as out a few nights) felt at ease and casual, as every vacation should feel. Bummed our in-laws couldn’t make it but TBH, I used the elevator more frequently by the end of the week. LOL. We’re already working on coordinating our schedules for next summer!

What a wonderful property. The beach was just across the street and the community pool was plenty big to handle the visitors every day. The house was comfortable with plenty of amenities. I would certainly recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy and explore Surf City Beach and surrounding areas.

The host was friendly. Everything in the house was clean. The kitchen had all the cooking supplies that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again next year.

Fantastic! Spacious! Comfortable and Cozy with a splendid kitchen!

Our family enjoyed having access to ocean and sound activities and this property is truly a little "Topsail Escape!" Definitely hope to return in the very near future!

Great Location!

My family and my parents really enjoyed the house and the location!! We had fun despite the rainy week and squeezed in a couple beach days. Would definitely come back because you are so close to the beach and the complex is ideal with the waterfront and amenities of the complex!

Topsail vacation

Perfect vacation

It was our first time in Topsail and we loved everything from local attractions to enjoying the beach every day. The location is perfect with a short walk to the beach or pool and beautiful sunsets. We felt at home with plenty of things to cook with, games to play and even beach toys. Looking forward to next year already!

Great vacation!

We really enjoyed our first time at Topsail Beach. The house was perfect for my 3 adult children and me. It was clean and comfortable and a very easy walk to the beach. The check-in was very easy and the owners provided very detailed information about the workings of the house. We had a great vacation-thank you!!

Delightful beach house

Our stay at this beautiful home was awesome! Everyone in our group, ranging in age from 10 to 87 had a great time. Loved being on the canal with beautiful views of the sunsets. The short walk to the beach was no problem and the kids really enjoyed the pool. We also launched a kayak from the marina boat ramp.

Absolute Sanctuary

Our family just returned from our yearly 4th of July family celebration. This was by far the best we have stayed in Topsail. Bill and Lori were a pleasure to work with. Their house is spacious and has all the amenities one would need. Highly recommend "Our Topsail Escape."

Best Vacation Ever

This property is amazing. The house is spacious and beautiful. There were 9 of us and we all had everything we could need. All you need to brung is your clothes and food.You will find every convenience in this home and much more.You're in a gated community with a wonderful pool and playground. Literally steps from a clean and quiet beach.The sunsets off the decks are gorgeous.

Our Easter Break 2019

The house lived up to everything we had read prior to our visit. We totally enjoyed our family Easter Break here at Topsail Beach. The owners even went as far as having Dog items such as bowls etc, available in case we forget them. Great location non commercial and the perfect getaway location. House was perfect for the seven of us. We will definitely be back.

This home was absolutely beautiful!!!! I’m very picky when it comes to cleanliness & I can’t rave enough about it!!! You would never know this was a pet friendly home. The people in the gated community were very friendly & the beach just across the street!!! Our family will definitely be back!

Reunion

We always like to get together for a week every couple years. This house was perfect for that to happen! We will definitely be back. Just make sure the master bedroom lock is fixed. Other than h hat dream house!
