Nyrenoverat och smakfullt inredd sÄ att din tid inuti blir lika trivsam som din tid pÄ stranden. Alla fyra strand sovrum har underbar havsutsikt, monterade 37 eller 39 tums platt vÀgg TV med Blue Ray / DVD / CD / Smart TV förmÄga och bekvÀma sÀngar. Vardagsrummet har nya 60 tums platt-TV med ljud bar & sub-woofer efter storfilmkvÀllar.

PÄ översta vÄningen hittar du sovrummet med en king size-sÀng, vardagsrum, matplats och ett fullt utrustat kök alla med fantastisk utsikt. Amazing stay

Had a fantastic stay at this house. Check in was easy and house was extremely clean. House right on beach with easy walk to water. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Topsail.

Pretty much ideal

Seamless checkin. Well appointed kitchen with nice variety of pots, pans and serving dishes. Storage closet had excellent selection of chairs, umbrellas. And beach toys. Multiple outdoor showers, porch swings and deck seating. Comfortable upholstery and mattresses. Uncrowded beach. Tasteful and uncluttered decor. Big thumbs up!

Lots of fun!

This house is a great location a couple blocks from downtown, the beach was great with hardly anybody out there. Had a great time and will be coming back next summer.

One of the nicest houses we have rented

House was in great condition and well-maintained. Kitchen was well-supplied and everything worked fine. Beach sand was the finest, cleanest and least shelly of most beaches I have been to in NC. Would absolutely stay there again.

Captain Andy’s is a wonderful beach house! The provided chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys make packing a lot easier. The kitchen is also very well equipped. The house is very clean and uncluttered. We were able to quickly move in and get settled. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Family time at Topsail Beach

Great location, very nice oceanfront house, great overall experience. The house had everything we needed for a wonderful week with our family. A slight problem with sliding glass doors in downstairs bedrooms, certain it is fixed by now.

Great house!

The house was exactly like the listing. Everything was in order when we arrived and we had no issues with anything during our stay. We will definitely check to see if Captain Andy's is available next time we head to Topsail!

Great place to stay at the beach!

We have stayed several times at captain Andy’s and will continue to do so. Great property, beautiful views, pet friendly, and walking distance from the Beach Shop and Grill restaurant. Andy is always great and very responsive. Property is clean and well-appointed for cooking! We usually do a big grocery shop and cook in the house to enjoy the beach views as long as we can! :)

Safe Haven

This lovely, well equipped, rental is perfectly located on South Topsail, and is as beautiful and comfortable as pictured! Andy is quick to respond to all inquires and questions, before and during our stay. Thank you Andy!!! We are all hoping for an opportunity to return!!

Excellent house for a family reunion

Good amenities. My wife and I rented the property and our adult children and their spouses provided the meals. Our foodie kids liked the kitchen to include the nice sized refrigerator. We didn't need to bring much beyond sheets/towels (we also brought blankets/pillows but wasn't required) and food. Andy Law is a good property owner. I'd rent with him and this property again.

Amazing house and amazing view

The house is beautifully decorated, very clean and fully stocked. It has a beautiful view of the ocean in every room of the house! The beach is clean and neighbors are friendly. My dog loved playing and swimming in the ocean. We drove a long way to get to this house and we were all very pleased. Thank you for letting us into your lovely home and hopefully we can visit again in the future!

Making it Annual

We loved this house and location so much we immediately booked it for this summer and plan to return annually. It very comfortably slept 6 adults, 2 young children, and 2 babies...with room for a couple more. The beds were comfortable, the place was super clean and accommodating. The location was walking distance to the mini golf/ ice cream place which was super fun. We also rode bikes to playground down the road. Hardly anyone was on the beach directly in front of house, so it almost felt like a private beach. Really can't complain about anything. Excited to return!

Couldn't have asked for more!

This property is clearly well cared for and thoughtfully laid out. Each of the four bedrooms has an ocean view and three have their own bathrooms. The kitchen is extremely well stocked which we appreciated since our group likes to cook. There are great beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and some beach toys for kids in the group. Furniture and beds are very comfortable. There are a lot of stairs to climb so if mobility is problem, this may not be the place for you but otherwise you just can't beat it. We had the beach pretty much to ourselves and there were wonderful tidal pools for our 3-year old grandson to play in while others rode the waves. We would love to return!

Best beach vacation ever

Excellent views, on the beach, only a short walk to the water, wonderful deck, all rooms face the beach and open to the decks!! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, including specialty tools for cooking seafood you can purchase fresh off the dock just two blocks away. We loved it!!

Delightful in every way!

This property was super comfortable for my entire family. The location was excellent (beach front, close to kayak access to the marsh, walkable to seafood, food truck, and ice cream, uncrowded part of the island). Andy was easy to work with and communicative. The kitchen was really well stocked, there were multiple hoses and outdoor showers for sandy bodies, and great beach chairs/boogie boards for use. I highly recommend!

Perfect, we'll be back.....

We had a wonderful time with easy access to the beach and a beautiful view every morning and evening. Andy made the check in process very easy and went above and beyond as I asked him to check that there were beach chairs for our group of four. When we arrived there were brand new Tommy Bahama chairs for us. An added bonus was we were able to bring our one year old golden retriever. We'll be back again, many thanks.

Ocean loving North Carolina family by way of Hawaii. The Wyland dolphin print in the living room was given to me by my wife before we were married and I finally found the perfect place for it.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We shopped for just the right beach home for several years and this one was by far our favorite. We love the quiet location, the views, the layout & design and being steps away from the sandy beach and blue ocean.
