Nyrenoverat och smakfullt inredd så att din tid inuti blir lika trivsam som din tid på stranden. Alla fyra strand sovrum har underbar havsutsikt, monterade 37 eller 39 tums platt vägg TV med Blue Ray / DVD / CD / Smart TV förmåga och bekväma sängar. Vardagsrummet har nya 60 tums platt-TV med ljud bar & sub-woofer efter storfilmkvällar.

På översta våningen hittar du sovrummet med en king size-säng, vardagsrum, matplats och ett fullt utrustat kök alla med fantastisk utsikt. Nedervåningen finns ytterligare 3 sovrum: 2 med queen size-sängar och tredje med en stor ny dubbel över hela våningssäng med utdragbar dubbla rulla för att sova alla barnen.

Huset har två nivåer av oceanfront däck, två veranda gungor, däck möbler och enastående 180 graders utsikt.

Amazing stay

Had a fantastic stay at this house. Check in was easy and house was extremely clean. House right on beach with easy walk to water. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Topsail.

One of the nicest houses we have rented

House was in great condition and well-maintained. Kitchen was well-supplied and everything worked fine. Beach sand was the finest, cleanest and least shelly of most beaches I have been to in NC. Would absolutely stay there again.

Lots of fun!

This house is a great location a couple blocks from downtown, the beach was great with hardly anybody out there. Had a great time and will be coming back next summer.

Best beach vacation ever

Excellent views, on the beach, only a short walk to the water, wonderful deck, all rooms face the beach and open to the decks!! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, including specialty tools for cooking seafood you can purchase fresh off the dock just two blocks away. We loved it!!

Great place to stay at the beach!

We have stayed several times at captain Andy’s and will continue to do so. Great property, beautiful views, pet friendly, and walking distance from the Beach Shop and Grill restaurant. Andy is always great and very responsive. Property is clean and well-appointed for cooking! We usually do a big grocery shop and cook in the house to enjoy the beach views as long as we can! :)

Beachfront Paradise!

Captain Andy's is a clean, comfortable home away from home with a spectacular ocean view. This was our second time staying here with our family and it won't be our last. We've stayed at other beach houses on Topsail but Captain Andy's tops them all!

Amazing vacation home!

Captain Andy’s is an awesome home. It is beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything plus more! The views are spectacular of both the ocean and the inlet! We’ve been coming to Topsail for 50+ years and couldn’t have been happier! Great place!

A great beach place!

This house was so well-stocked with all a family needs, including beach chairs and toys! Only one suggestion--have Windex on hand to clean the glass-covered dining table.

Property is very well maintained.

Captain Andy’s is a wonderful beach house! The provided chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys make packing a lot easier. The kitchen is also very well equipped. The house is very clean and uncluttered. We were able to quickly move in and get settled. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Family time at Topsail Beach

Great location, very nice oceanfront house, great overall experience. The house had everything we needed for a wonderful week with our family. A slight problem with sliding glass doors in downstairs bedrooms, certain it is fixed by now.

Celebrating Family Time !

This was all that was advertised....lovely home, well equipped, fabulous views, easy beach access and much more. Topsail is a quiet area that is perfect for family time away from all of the commercial activities of many other beaches. Captain Andy is easy to work with and offers a lovely "home away from home". Our family had a great week !

Captain Andy’s house is a perfect get away. We spent a week here and enjoyed every minute.

The house is well equipped with a well stocked kitchen. The deck is amazing with plenty of room and built in gates. The location is great, with miles of beach that during our stay was essentially all to us. Access to cable and movies. Already thinking about next year!

The best beach house we ever stayed in!!!

Simply put, Captain Andy "nailed it" !!!! Too many superlatives to list!! Our entire family agree this house was the best hpuse we ever stayed in. Rest assured you will have not one regret booking and staying at Captain Andy's..We will def be returning. Thank you Andy!

Delightful in every way!

This property was super comfortable for my entire family. The location was excellent (beach front, close to kayak access to the marsh, walkable to seafood, food truck, and ice cream, uncrowded part of the island). Andy was easy to work with and communicative. The kitchen was really well stocked, there were multiple hoses and outdoor showers for sandy bodies, and great beach chairs/boogie boards for use. I highly recommend!

Safe Haven

This lovely, well equipped, rental is perfectly located on South Topsail, and is as beautiful and comfortable as pictured! Andy is quick to respond to all inquires and questions, before and during our stay. Thank you Andy!!! We are all hoping for an opportunity to return!!

Perfect, we'll be back.....

We had a wonderful time with easy access to the beach and a beautiful view every morning and evening. Andy made the check in process very easy and went above and beyond as I asked him to check that there were beach chairs for our group of four. When we arrived there were brand new Tommy Bahama chairs for us. An added bonus was we were able to bring our one year old golden retriever. We'll be back again, many thanks.

Excellent house for a family reunion

Good amenities. My wife and I rented the property and our adult children and their spouses provided the meals. Our foodie kids liked the kitchen to include the nice sized refrigerator. We didn't need to bring much beyond sheets/towels (we also brought blankets/pillows but wasn't required) and food. Andy Law is a good property owner. I'd rent with him and this property again.

Amazing house and amazing view

The house is beautifully decorated, very clean and fully stocked. It has a beautiful view of the ocean in every room of the house! The beach is clean and neighbors are friendly. My dog loved playing and swimming in the ocean. We drove a long way to get to this house and we were all very pleased. Thank you for letting us into your lovely home and hopefully we can visit again in the future!

Ocean loving North Carolina family by way of Hawaii. The Wyland dolphin print in the living room was given to me by my wife before we were married and I finally found the perfect place for it.

We shopped for just the right beach home for several years and this one was by far our favorite. We love the quiet location, the views, the layout & design and being steps away from the sandy beach and blue ocean.
