Utomhus på huvudnivån hittar du den första av två rymliga skärmar i verandor. Det finns en uteplats i ryggen med inbyggd sittplats och utedusch även för din utomhusglädje. En stor sandlåda för barnen framför den slutna verandan med gott om sittplatser för de vuxna att se barnen leka. Sandleksaker och bollar levereras för gäster i en tote på verandan också.

Inre huvudnivå erbjuder det öppna vardagsrummet med TV och matplatser med det stora matbordet och ytterligare sittplatser på halvön. Höljen, även på huvudnivå, har en futon och TV och är idealisk för barn att ha en plats att leka eller tuppla i närheten. Det finns också ett komplett badrum på huvudnivån. Köket är väl utrustat med allt du behöver för att laga måltider för familjen. Ett andra stort däck utanför köket på baksidan av Dunelow har en gasgrill och inbyggd låda.

Den andra nivån är hem för de 4 sovrummen, alla med Queen size-sängar, samt ytterligare 2 badrum. Två av sovrummen erbjuder tillgång till det stora andra nivåskärmade däck. Detta däck har också en fläkt om du behöver en extra bris. Massor av möbler att koppla av och njuta av landskapet i Beachwalk Lane, en mysig plats att koppla av i avskildhet.

Dunlow är unik eftersom det är ett av de få husen med alla queen size-sängar. Uppsättningen är idealisk för fyra par att resa tillsammans, golfutflykter där killarna alla vill ha sitt eget sovrum eller familjesemester! Om du inte behöver ett antal våningssängar är detta hemmet för dig! Detta hem erbjuder också en generator bara för de sommarnätter som kan bli lite blåsiga vid sjön ibland kommer Dunelow aldrig att vara utan ström!

Dunelow är ett rökfritt husdjurfria hem som ligger i rondellen i hjärtat av Beachwalk Resort. Du kan inte be om en bättre plats som ger snabb åtkomst till Beachwalk-bekvämligheter tvärs över gatan och är fortfarande en snabb promenad till de vackra stränderna i Lake Michigan. Även ett barnvänligt hem! 4 nattminimum från mitten av juni till mitten av augusti.

Enjoyable stay

The property was well stocked (except for a firepit and a golf cart). We liked the location which was close to the headquarters, pool, lake, and other external amenities.

Dunelow was Great!

Third year at Dunelow

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After 3 years of staying at Dunelow the Front door & back door, especially the front door sticks and is hard to close. I know the turn over week to week is some what difficult for a deep clean, but the rugs & floors do need it. Maybe during the off-season. Glad to see the vegetation on the property grounds getting well needed maintenance. Overall another great stay at Dunelow.

A nice location and very functional property!

The house is functional and accommodations were great for our two families. The only drawback was no fire pit for nighttime s’mores. The location was close to beach and pool and the screened in upper and lower porches were a big hit! Would definitely stay again!

Bring your own beach towels!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely place for a family reunion but there is no concierge like service described on their site-"Extra towels or a fresh propane tank? We can get it to you." Our house sleeps around 15 but only had 2 beach towels. When I asked the office about getting more towels I was told "You should have brought your own beach towels." Fair enough but they are marketing BVR Exclusive Concierge Services on their site.Overall we enjoyed this resort and would recommend it. Just be prepared to get most things you need if you aren't a regular guest. Cheers

Family Weekend

The house was a perfect size for our family. We've been coming to Michigan City for a long weekend since our boys were little - now they bring their partners and my grandson. :) It is a great location - .16 miles to the beach and the community pool and cafe is across the street. The only thing I would add is a reading lamp next to the bed/futon in the downstairs bedroom/office.

Outside landscaping is in need of maintenance.Front yard gate was broke in half.First floor hardwood floors need a good cleaning.It was nice to have wagons, beachchairs & floats.Screened in porches both 1st & 2nd floors were nice to have.Adequate living room & kitchen space.Bedrooms & bathrooms were also adequate.

The Covid altered wedding.

Beds were comfortable and we had a great week! Perfect location - we could have done without the golf cart. Couple issues: There were two broken chairs that I reported but they were never repaired - we had to use one of them and just kept hoping it wouldn't collapse! Bathrooms were clean but the floors in the main living space had not been cleaned. I had to clean them when we arrived - I expected more due to the cleaning fee charged.

Reviewer Comments: The place was clean but furniture and decorations were very dated. Slip covers on furniture? Plastice table cloth on dining table? Kitchen had lots of supplies, but very disorganized and some of the the things need to be thrown away. Liked the screen in porch, but plastic furniture was stained and old and sandbox toys were good but some were broken A little bit of landscaping would help the place tremendously. Weeds need to be pulled, and porches need to be painted. Just the whole outside needs to be spruced up. Sandbox needs to be cleaned out. Wicker furniture in the upstairs porch was old. Pool area was nice. And the Beachwalk's playground area definately need some attention--old but kids still had fun on it.

Great home and great location!

The location was very convenient across from the pool and a short walk to the boardwalk. The house was well kept and I would definitely recommend staying here!
