Up The Creek is a charming 3-bedroom, 3-bath home nestled in the heart of Sapphire Valley. This well-appointed retreat offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty.

On the main level, you'll find the primary bedroom, complete with a cozy king bed for a restful night's sleep. This bedroom features an en-suite full bath, providing both privacy and convenience. Two additional guest bedrooms are also located on this level. One boasts a comfortable queen bed, while the other is perfect for kids or young guests with its twin bunk bed and an additional single twin bed. These two bedrooms share a spacious full bathroom.

The heart of the home is the main-level kitchen and living area. Prepare delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, featuring all the amenities you need. The adjacent living room is an inviting space to relax, and during the cooler evenings, you can enjoy the cozy ambiance of the electric fireplace. Step out onto the upper deck from the living room, where you'll discover a screened porch, ideal for savoring your morning coffee or a peaceful evening meal. You'll also find a gas grill for those delightful cookouts and outdoor dining.

Descend to the lower level, where you'll find an expansive bedroom with an en-suite full bath. This area offers an extra layer of privacy, making it ideal for couples or anyone desiring their space. The lower level also includes a second fully-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV, creating an additional gathering space for all. This home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. These amenities are not at the home. They are in a separate drive-able location. You may join for $5/day or $25/week per person. Your amenity card will allow access to 2 outdoor swimming pools, Indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, wet sauna, exercise room, arcade, ping pong, pool, outdoor miniature golf, horseshoes, basketball courts, tennis courts, playground, track, picnic tables, community center, organized excursions to Cherokee and the Biltmore House in Asheville, a 9 hole (par 3) golf course, Fairfield Lake boating amenities and discounts on lift tickets and rentals during the winter season. Specific to this home - you will also get a discount at the Sapphire National 18-hole golf course, provided number attached to check-in package.

Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $40, and it covers up to $500 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
