Very pleasant stay & and really friendly owner

The house was very clean and the check-in time was flexible for us because there was no booking the day before us. The owner, Cedric, gave us very nice tips for places to visit to make it an unforgettable holiday. We stayed for 2 weeks 👍

A fabulous property in a wonderful location

Cedric’s house was perfect for our stay. The children (and adults) were able to enjoy the pool all day. The bedrooms were very comfortable as were the communal areas. Cedric was flexible in welcoming us when our flight was delayed and made both check in and departure very simple. His communication was excellent throughout and he made some excellent dining recommendations. I would rebook this property and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a holiday in the area.

Great property with nice pool and the perfect host

We had a fantastic 2 weeks at Cedric's family home, which he only lets out in the summer weeks. It is a very clean and well presented property, with spacious bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The outside has a large pool, well-maintained by the owner with several seating areas and plentiful amounts of chairs and tables - there's something for everyone - there were 7 of us and we never felt we were in each other's way. There's also a great gas BBQ, possibly the best I've used at a rental property. The property is accessed by some narrow roads but there are hardly any cars, so it's ok (we managed fine with a Renault Trafic minibus!). In 10 minutes you can walk from the property down the hill to a Carrefour Market, boulangerie, pizzeria and a Lidl. You can also venture further by car to a large Intermarche towards Grasse (10 mins) or a huge Leclerc in Montauroux, 20 mins. Shops aside, there are many little hilltop villages to visit, our favourites being Saint-Cézaire-sur-Siagne (chaos on market day, idyllic when no market), Fayence and Cabris. We also took the train from Grasse one day to Antibes, and it carries on to Nice & Monaco (free parking at Grasse station and 40 euros for 7 people return trip). All in all, this was a perfect property for our holiday - perfect for doing absolutely nothing and forgetting the problems of the World :) Thank you Cedric. ((I have only two small suggestions: that the kitchen is stocked with some more sharp knives and 1 or 2 oven/baking trays, and it would be good to have another sofa in the lounge area))

Wunderschönen Villa

Wir, Familie mit sieben Personen, waren mit der Villa mit Pool sehr zufrieden. Die großzügige Anordnung der sechs Schlafzimmer mit drei Badezimmern erlauben es auch größeren Gruppen ausreichend Zeit alleine zu verbringen. Die Räumlichkeiten sind top gepflegt und sauber, der Außenbereich mit Terasse und Pool ist ein Traum. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Cedric war von Beginn an perfekt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

The best holiday House

We are a family of 9 - and We were all pleased with the house, pool and facilities. We had the best time - so many good spots in the garden to relax and also inside. New kitchen where we cooked a lot and also made barbecue on the grill. Cedric and his wife a the nicest host. We will be back😊😃

Heerlijk vakantiehuis. Heerlijk zwembad. Prachtig uitzicht.

Wij hebben met zijn negenen een heerlijke week gehad in het huis van Cedric en zijn familie. De kamers zijn voorzien van goede bedden en de keuken is heel fijn. Ook het terras, dat overdekt is was heel fijn om te ontbijten en dineren. Een mooi zitje in de schaduw en voldoende ligstoelen. Het zwembad is echt wel groot en het ene eind diep genoeg om in te duiken en te springen. De kids en de volwassenen overigens ook hebben genoten van het zwembad en huis. De omgeving is ook fijn. Cabris is een heerlijk dorp in de heuvels en achter het huis is een enorm natuurpark met o.a. het plaatsje Mons. Richting zee wordt het drukker, maar dat is logisch. Theoule sur Mer was heerlijk en een dagje Cannes is ook fijn. Voor de fietsers (wielrenners) zijn er mooie uitdagingen in het natuurpark. Cedric kan tips geven over zwemplekken bij het meer en hangplekken bij de Sagne. Dank je Cedric voor het mogen blijven is jullie huis!

We had 14 days in this perfect house. It's a great location to visit Nice, Cannes, Antibes and Monaco. The house owner meet us upon arrival and we had good communication throughout our stay. Highly recommended🇫🇷

Nous Avons passé un excellent séjour dans la « villa les collines » Parfaitement adaptée pour deux famille avec enfants (nous étions 9 : 4 adultes . 4 ados et un enfant ) La villa est top, très bien agencée ,décorée avec goût et très propre . Les extérieurs sont tout aussi agréables : coin repas, pergola, piscine, belle vue dégagée ... Le propriétaire est très accueillant. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir ! A recommander

Propriété idéale pour se reposer et visiter

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Tignet. (Nous étions 8, 2 couples avec de grands ados) La maison est top, confort, propreté impeccable, très bien aménagée, tout y est pour passer un séjour au calme. La piscine est superbe, vous pouvez manger sur la terrasse qui dispose d un grand store pour l ombre. Le petit salon extérieur est génial pour lire ou s y retrouver entre amis. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Nice, Cannes, Monaco .... Le propriétaire est aux petits soins pour ses locataires. À RECOMMANDER

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Ein sehr gepflegtes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit einem genialen Pool. Der Essbereich an der Küche auf der Terrasse: Toll! Der schattige Chillbereich am Wohnzimmer auf der Terrasse : Sehr einladend! Der Blick vom Balkon: traumhaft! Der kurze Weg zu Lidl und zum Supermarche macht den Urlaub einfach. Der nahegelegene See mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten: Wahnsinn! Die Erreichbarkeit von Nizza, Monaco, Cannes, St. Raphael: super! Die Lage des Hauses in den Bergen: ein Traum! Cedric (Vermieter) ist sehr freundlich und gibt gerne viele Tips. Der Urlaub war richtig toll und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Beautiful house and place

We had a very nice week in the house. Everything was clean and fine, and we enjoyed the pool and the good outdoor facilities for eating dinner and relaxing at the pool. Very friendly and helpful host. We would recommend it to everyone else :)

Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt und uns gut erholt.

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir freundlich begrüßt. Das liebevoll eingerichtete und saubere Haus hat uns auf Anhieb gut gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Beautiful villa in fantastic location!

Having stayed in villas all over Europe, this was one of the best holidays i have had - the location was fantastic, calm and scenic; the villa was extremely well equipped with everything you need; Cedric the owner is incredibly helpful and always on hand; and all this creates a relaxing holiday! You can easily and quickly visit Cannes, Antibes, Grasse, Lac de Sainte Croix and many other nearby villages, but you may not want to venture too far as the villa is so relaxing and amazing! Thank you Cedric for allowing us to use your home for our holiday, and we would definitely recommend to others!

Fantastic Villa

We spent a week here with two families, four adults and five children. Plenty of room for everyone and everything new and renovated. The pool and terraces were lovely, here we have spent the most time. The children enjoyed themselves perfectly in the large pool. We highly recommend this villa definitely recommend it to anyone who likes luxury and relaxation! Many thanks to Cedric, very nice and helpful owner of the villa.

Just the most relaxing and fun time at a beautiful house

From the very first contact Cedric was helpful and filled us with confidence that this house would be perfect for two familes of four to share. We arrived to a quiet location outside of Grasse just off the main road but very close to a supermarket and various other shops, making the location really perfect. It is around 10-15 minutes drive from Grassse which is a further 10-15 mins from the A8 but it is a pleaseant and easy drive. The narrow road to the actual residence was a little dicy to begin with but we soon got used to it. The house is set behind clsed gates so is private and secure. A perfect balance of external charm and internal modernity. We chose not to watch TV much but rather used the opportunity to just relax and watch the children play in the pool , whilst the adults chatted and drank wine. Bliss. So often these days they just sit on electronic devices and to see them at the end of a day sight seeing to actuall enjoy themselves was wonderful. As some who feels tension and stress at work a lot I could almost physically fell myself relax here. The location is nothing short of perfect. Wonderful views of the open countryside and a balcony that sits out and lets you "chill". It was as described and well maintained. Cerdic and his family only do rentals during the summer so thank you for letting us use your home. Cedric was a charming host always available if any issues and I would highly recommend this property. If I am visiting this area again I am sure I will use this place again.

Accueil chaleureux dans une splendide maison!
