Jag har ett nyrenoverat hem med en enda berättelse som ligger i det vackra området Svampdockor i Tarpon Springs Florida. Hela fastigheten har totalrenoverats och möblerats för komfort och konveinens. Två enorma sovrum belägna i motsatta ändar av huset är totalklass. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och ett utökat badrum med hans och hennes handfat och en duschkabin. Befälhavaren inkluderar också en kvalitetsfällbar lädersoffa och 50-tums platt skärm. Det andra sovrummet är lika stort och möblerat med 2 dubbelsängar och och två enkelsängar. Det har också en 50-tums platt skärm och ett badrum. Köket / matsalen rinner in i vardagsrummet. Allt är helt nytt. Beläget utanför garaget finns ett söt tvättstuga med tvättmaskin / torktumlare diskbänk och ett 1/2 bad. En vacker carport och ett 2-bil garage kompletterar de slutna områdena i detta vackra historiska hem. Utsidan av fastigheten har en uteplats utanför tvättstugan. Vattensidan (baksidan) har ett nytt uteplatsdäck med solstolar och bord. Bryggorna har gjorts helt om och kan rymma en båt av alla storlekar i en privat våtslipp. Två kajaker och två paddleboards lagras också på fastigheten för dina aktiva nöjen. Fiskestänger finns tillgängliga och en utomhusgrill är också bekvämligheter till ditt förfogande.

Great second visit

Three generations enjoyed a mini-vacation for the second time here. (I left a more extensive review in April of 2019.) It did not disappoint. We hope to be back soon!

Property was just as described. Very clean (and I’m picky). Host was amazing. We feel like we made a friend! Would not hesitate to recommend this property to others!

DHS Girls Weekend

Had a reunion with dear friends from our high school band! Ate at local restaurants within walking distance from the Vrbo, had meals at the table, enjoyed a boat ride, shopped in downtown Tarpon. The River House is beautiful and well maintained! Highly recommend!

HS Graduation Celebration

This is truly a vacation getaway location. Paradise on the water as listing says. My family and I were very impressed with the cleanliness the amenities and the overall experience at this River House. A home away from home. Fun for everyone! I even relaxed long enough to read a book(from the small library at the house). You won’t be disappointed!!!

So great!

We stayed the month of February. Fantastic house in a fantastic location! Plenty of space, well-stocked kitchen, grill, bikes, kayaks, very clean, fenced yard for our dog. Each bedroom has own bath. The location can’t be beat! We walked everywhere, church, store, restaurants, Spongedocks, downtown strip, and the bayou to see manatees! The owner was friendly and easy to communicate with. Was hoping to stay next year but already booked! Hopefully we’ll be back sometime!

River house

We enjoyed staying at the River House. It's proximatey to Tarpon Spings shopping was great. The house was large and comfortable. The Television had no cable, only streaming. The host responded well to any questions we had. The river frontage is hard to see and enjoy due to all the frontage had docks which were full of boats. Before we left, we asked the host if we could stay again the following year, and he said no, as he had already rented it out.

Great location and very nice home

We stayed at River House for a month and found the location to be very convenient — there are 2 restaurants within a 5-minute walk (We really liked Bayou Bistro) — also it is a short walk into town and the sponge docks The Host was very nice and easy to communicate with — one of the beach chairs broke and the host had a new set there immediately — there are docks out front which made sitting and watching wildlife a regular activity —many birds, dolphins, and especially mullet jumping The home was well appointed with all the pots and pans needed to cook in as well as a nice BBQ gas grill — most nights we ate outside on the patio — the property offers easy access to the Pinellas Trail for biking enthusiasts Tarpon Springs has many fun places to get a fresh brew or a wonderful meal and yet retains an old Florida vibe All in all a great month at River House was had

Excellent CLEAN vacation home! We could not have been more pleased!!!

The home is beautiful. Everything listed on the website is as presented. Super clean, fun and safe location. The home has been newly remodeled with an absolutely delightful charm that makes you feel like your home. The dock is only 20 steps from the back door (10 steps if you leap with joy on your way out - which we did); providing ample opportunity for endless aquatic adventures! Downtown Tarpon (easy couple of minutes walk) has art, culture, history, food (Hella good bakery - yummiest), and other great activites! David, owner, was very hospitable and extremely friendly! Thank you so much for such a great experience!!!

Beautiful Home!

My husband and I were so lucky to find this beautiful home to spend our vacation in. We stayed for the month of February and didn’t need to buy a thing but food! All necessities were provided and many extras. The beds were more comfortable than home and the house was spotless! Mornings out back we’re so peaceful and we actually got to see a dolphin who came to visit. Sunsets were amazing! Short walk to the sponge docks and the beautiful bayou, or take a bike ride (two are provided). Shower was heavenly! Our company cancelled but had they come there would have been more than enough room for everyone. Will definitely try to get back sometime next year.

A Perfect Stay in Every Way

We've rented many vacation homes over the years and are often disappointed with our stays in one way or another. But not this time! This house is so beautiful, clean, comfortable and uncluttered. The layout is perfect as the main living area is wide open with views of the water in the back. My husband fished in the back every day and watched the crab fishermen next door pull in their hauls. The kitchen is immaculate and generously equipped with everything you could possibly need. There's a big laundry room near the garage entrance, and two huge bedrooms with comfy beds and linens and private bathrooms. The towels are soft. There was even shampoo in the shower. The air-conditioning works amazingly well. David, the owner checked on us to make sure we were comfortable. In addition to the beauty of property itself, The location was ideal. It is a short walk to west to the sponge docks, where you'll find the best Greek food and seafood you've ever eaten, with lots of shops and friendly people. Be sure to buy some hand made soap, sponges and lotions. Everyone loved our standard poodle and stopped to talk to us. The immediate neighborhood, where the house is located is full of historic homes and a lake, making it wonderful for walking the dog. A mile or less to the east is the historic town center, with more fantastic restaurants, antique shops and the historic St Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, which you must see. The owner of this home does not skimp on anything in any way to compromise on your comfort. He understands what vacationers want and need. Anyone who stays here is extremely fortunate! Without a doubt, this was the best vacation house we ever rented, and we will come back. Thank you David!

Beautiful house

This place is in a great location, walking distance to town, museums, food, and entertainment. We hardly got in the car once we arrived! The docks to fish from, and the patio for relaxation were great. When in the back of the house, you never even realize that your in town! Having a grill and a fully stocked kitchen was an added bonus! We would definitely stay here again!

Great get away.

Dave has a wonderful house and a great relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed all the great outdoor seating arrangements and watching the marina and all the bird and fish wildlife. The amenities were super and made us feel at home. We would definitely stay again. Communication with Dave was awesome.

Great getaway

The house is within walking distance to downtown and to the sponge docks. It was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. It was nice sitting outside early in the morning, drinking coffee and watching fishermen go out. We would definitely return.

Wonderful house

The house was amazing!! David was also a great host! We had a great time! The house accommodated 6 people perfectly! We had 2 adults and 4 teenagers! The house was within walking distance to the docks and the shops. We will definitely be back!!

I have always dreamed of owning waterfront property and 201 Roosevelt Blvd was my jewel. Originally owned and built by the famous author Lois Lenski in 1951. Our personal family boats are docked here and our family enjoys the property as much as we can. The entire property has been renovated with comfort in mind
