Just returned from a very relaxing two-week stay at Little Dipper. The property grounds are well kept and the view and access to the lake so enjoyable! The inside is well maintained, clean, neat and organized. The kitchen is stocked with everything one could possibly need with upscale appliances! It was a pleasure to meet Little Dipper's kind and friendly hosts, Lynn and Keith. We will be returning!

Wonderful retreat at the lake!

Great place for toddlers!

We stayed a week and had a great time with our 2 and 4 year old. The little beach was perfect and they were out there constantly playing. It was a great trip and we will be back again.

LAKE COTTAGE

The home was cozy and comfortable. Very peaceful, tranquil location. Felt like we were the only ones on the lake. I highly recommend!

The perfect get away and only 15 minutes from our home.

The inside was so homey and beautifully done. The outside is well maintained with a lovely "dining grotto" . There's also a very nice yard right on the water. Use of paddleboat and kayaks made it a very fun and relaxing time.

Hamilton Reservoir

This is a great place for a small family! The cottage is clean and open, with a nice kitchen, and views of the lake. The waterfront is especially great for kids, Lynn and Keith Elmy are excellent hosts.

Relaxation

Cottage was very nice for relaxing swimming every day easy getting into the water everything was right there that we needed. Nice and cozy .

Lovely stay at the little Dipper!

The pictures on the listing don’t capture how beautiful this little lake house is! We had a fun time fishing with my daughter and hanging out on the beach. Close to Sturbridge for groceries and take out food!

Great stay

Was a great house and excellent location on the lake. The hosts were very responsive and loved the neighbors too. House had everything we needed and our lab loved swimming in the lake. One of the most relaxing vacations I have ever had. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🇺🇸

Wonderful!

The house is lovely, and the beach, dock, and lake are absolutely perfect. My family enjoyed a relaxing week of swimming, fishing, boating, and cooking meals together. Lynn was always available and very attentive! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Fun time at the lake

My husband and I stayed in this cozy cottage for ten days. It was so relaxing sitting on our private beach reading, sipping evening wine and a little fishing from the dock. The house was adequately furnished and there’s a large tv in the living room if you wanted to watch tv. Overall a very enjoyable vacation.

Great time at The Little Dipper

We had a wonderful time. The cottage was super clean and exactly as advertised. The view of the lake from the front slider was beautiful. The water was very clean and we went swimming and kayaking every day. The sandy beach made it very easy to get into the water. Our Golden Retriever, Sunny, loved swimming and chasing the minnows by the shore. We enjoyed the local restaurants and.the seafood at the Maine Attraction was great.. We wished we could have stayed longer and plan to come back again next summer.

Beautiful place!

The house is beautiful. Clean and has everything you would need for a great vacation. We enjoyed swimming, fishing and using the paddle boat. The area was quiet and peaceful. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals but there are also restaurants and ice cream near by too! Owners were helpful when we had questions. Would love to stay here again sometime.

Beautiful family vacation

We were happily surprised to find the house incredibly accommodating for our two children (1 and 4). It was stocked with everything you’d need and the game cabinet was a hit! The dock seemed to be the best fishing spot on the lake, making it really easy to entertain the boys on rainy days. Communication with the hosts was also stellar. We loved our stay!
