Perched above the lively pulse of Melbourneâs north, you'll be less than 10 minutes walking from the city, while still enjoying a leafy local side of the vibrant suburb. The apartment boasts a slate-grey aesthetic with a straightforward layout.
The living area features a leather sofa and armchair with sliding glass doors that seamlessly extend to a private balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee alfresco. The sleek kitchen, complete with ample bench space and premium appliances, is well-appointed for preparing home-cooked meals. These can be enjoyed at the spacious six-seater dining table, which also serves as a dedicated workspace for those here on business. On balmier nights, take advantage of the BBQ grill outside.
The apartment offers three spacious bedrooms.
