Directly opposite Dromana Park and a mere 200 metres from the Foreshore, Soleil Sur La Mer, "Sunshine on the Sea", offers a relaxed escape by the beach. Soak up the sea breezes in the expansive backyard, set for afternoon BBQs and alfresco dining, before strolling 10-minutes to the local Bowls Club for a game. Recently renovated, enjoy use of the modern kitchen and separate lounge area as well as access to three bathrooms and onsite parking.
Soleil Sur La Mer boasts an enviable position just footsteps from Dromana Beach. The house itself has been totally refurbished to evoke a modern, beachy vibe. The lounge room at the front of the house allows for lots of natural light, looking out across the front yard and park across the street. There are plenty of couches and arm chairs, plus a TV and DVD player to cater to your evening entertainment.
The central hub of the house is the open concept kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is kitted out with new stainless steel appliances and all the cooking gear you’ll need to whip up meals at home. Have a quick bite to eat up at the breakfast bar or opt for more formal dining around the round table. Sliding doors open out to the huge, fully fenced yard. Step outside to enjoy a summer BBQ around the teak table with an umbrella for shade.
Three bedrooms offer a comfortable place to retire after a day at the beach. The primary and second bedrooms are both set with queen beds. The primary offers a stunning ensuite with a walk-in shower and designer vanity, while the second bedroom can sleep an additional guest on a pull-out trundle (linen not provided). The third bedroom is perfect for kids (big or small), offering two sets of bunk beds. A second bathroom is perfect for bath time, featuring a combination shower-bath, while a third bathroom at the front of the house serves as a shower room to quickly rinse away the sand.
Free parking is provided in the driveway, while working remotely is easy thanks to WiFi. Split-system heating and cooling keep temperatures comfortable in the main living areas.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
