The Space:
This luxurious apartment offers an open plan lounge area with plenty of natural light from the large balcony and ample dining space for two people. With floor to ceiling large glass sliding doors you have the option of opening out to the leafy outlook of bustling Clarence St, or sliding the curtains over for privacy.
Equipped with high end kitchen facilities, a luxury bathroom, in-room climate control, internal laundry with dryer, as well as built-in wardrobes and luggage racks in the bedroom. A custom built stay for singles or couple alike.
You will have access to a ground floor internal pool and gym, both on shared property. There is also a resort style rooftop with lounges, outdoor bbq, water fountains and fantastic CBD views.
