Upstairs two bed, one bath with pullout couch! Beautiful floors throughout!
Driveway parking. Lavish shower has up/down shower heads for a spa like experience. Stainless steel appliances. Private balcony! Drive to UNO, Tulane Uni, French Quarter and many medical facilities including the VA Hospital in less than ten minutes! Courtyard area for casual outdoor cookout. Perfect for students or medical professionals!

This centrally located home is a ten minute drive from almost everything the city of New Orleans has to offer!!
Each bedroom has a queen size bed, a full dresser, and its own window A/C unit!
There is also a couch hide-a-bed in the living room with a 55 inch smart tv!
For your convenience, there's a stackable washer and dryer inside the home.
Outside in the back is a cozy courtyard where you can hang out, relax, and grill up some food!
In the front, you have a balcony overlooking the front yard where you can enjoy your morning coffee and a game of cards!
