A/C worked well. Apt. was clean, safe and all appliances functional. Good location, close to a nice, historical coffee shop, but no crosswalk. Front yard not maintained and VERY LARGE for sale sign in front detracts from an otherwise quality facility. Minor fixture improvements in the bathroom will top this site on my list of Springfield stays.

Dislikes: Chairs provided were not comfortable, couch would have been better suitable. Bathroom sink was clogged and did not drain, leaving other guests hair behind. Bathroom door did not shut. Only one towel provided for entire stay per guest. Choice of soaps provided were less than desirable. Lamps provided did not work along with various outlets. Several times had to call office due to being locked out of main building. Likes: Location ideal for downtown commute. Washer and dryer convenient.

OK for a short stay, nice location

An older apartment refurbished recently, but not quite all finished with it, particularly in the bathroom where the door won't close and there are holes in the shower walls. Rest of apartment very clean and kitchen pretty well equipped for cooking, except the coffee maker was missing the brewing basket , which made it useless. Up a two story flight of stairs. Great location but confusing to find because there was no number visible on the building.
