Two bedroom one bath updated home. Large basement with washer and dryer for those longer stays. Fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. out door seating available. In the garage, we also have grills in the garage also. We also provide high chair and pack and play for travelers with children. Comfy couch to kick back and enjoy some tv. Arcade 60 in 1 downstairs to play free. No extra charge for extra guests, pets, babies, or anything come stay with us. Discounts of % 15 for one week stay, and % 30 for thirty day stays or more. The house was okay. The house was overall clean but little things like wall in kitchen by trash was awful, sticky, dried food. The vents in living room and bedrooms had very thick dust. The dishes and pan were not clean. No sponges to clean dishes. Floors and counters were sticky. I didn't like the fact the code to house was very easy for someone to guess and break in. Made us feel unsafe. Everything we encountered are quick & easy things to fix and would make this home even better to stay.

Close to downtown

Cute home for a quick family stay near downtown. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well-stocked. We appreciated the host’s flexibility with accommodating us last minute and communication was quick. Thanks for the stay!

Beautiful stay all around

Me &’ my children had a very good time staying here. It was really cozy &’ everything was so fresh! From the carpet to the bedding. The entertainment downstairs was endless fun for the family .Host was very responsive &’ polite. Will book again .

Close to everything!! 😄

House was nice... bathroom is small. Bedrooms was nice size. Traveling with a pre-teen so we went and bought a tv for the room cus the littler kids didn't wanna watch him play game. There is only 1 tv in living room. No TV's in bedrooms. Gamer room in basement was nice as well,no tv there. Kitchen was perfect had pretty much all cooking utensils. The house could use deep clean (cob webs in corners) (window sills need wiped out) Overall, it was great stay and would definitely stay again.HOST WAS AMAZING FROM START TO FINISH👍

Great for weekend at State Fair

Nice little place, very clean and well stocked, easy access to Springfield attractions. The bathroom is small and outdated but great place for the price!

There seemed to be all the dishes and appliances that anyone would need. Everything worked. New carpet and kitchen flooring. This property is acceptable for its price point.

Wish I could have stayed longer

Me and others were in town for an event. The house was fully stocked, it was as is like described in the he listing and the host was AMAZING and very accommodating. Quick to respond and met all our needs. Location was great, quiet neighborhood and close to our event. Would definitely stay again

Cozy Little House

This little house was perfect for our stay in Springfield. We were there for 3 nights for a family reunion with our 3 kids. The house is centrally located, so a very reasonable drive from all of the various places and family members we had to visit while in town. The gameroom in the basement was a big hit with the kids and adults alike. The host was very gracious and accommodating. We had a great stay!

Perfect for what we needed

Stayed here for a week to attend a livestock show at the Fairgrounds with my wife and 3 teenage daughters. Surprisingly, the one bathroom was not an issue for us. House was super clean and comfortable. Game room in the basement was a lot of fun. Driveway is a little tight for a bigger truck/SUV but manageable. All in all, it's a great house and the owner was honest and fair in the listing.

Great Place!

House is as advertised! brought my dog with, she loved to run around in the yard and the basement. Yard not completely fenced in just an FYI! Located on a busy street, pup was kind of skittish with all the traffic noise at night but it wasn't excessive. Located in the center of everything. Would stay again!
