Two bedroom one bath updated home. Large basement with washer and dryer for those longer stays. Fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. out door seating available. In the garage, we also have grills in the garage also. We also provide high chair and pack and play for travelers with children. Comfy couch to kick back and enjoy some tv. Arcade 60 in 1 downstairs to play free. No extra charge for extra guests, pets, babies, or anything come stay with us. Discounts of % 15 for one week stay, and % 30 for thirty day stays or more. Great for weekend at State Fair

Nice little place, very clean and well stocked, easy access to Springfield attractions. The bathroom is small and outdated but great place for the price!

Cozy Little House

This little house was perfect for our stay in Springfield. We were there for 3 nights for a family reunion with our 3 kids. The house is centrally located, so a very reasonable drive from all of the various places and family members we had to visit while in town. The gameroom in the basement was a big hit with the kids and adults alike. The host was very gracious and accommodating. We had a great stay!

Great space!

The house was perfect for our family of 5, space to sleep and spread out. It was clean, comfy and had a well stocked kitchen. Location made for easy access to downtown and Lincoln sites. Would stay again!

There seemed to be all the dishes and appliances that anyone would need. Everything worked. New carpet and kitchen flooring. This property is acceptable for its price point.

Perfect for what we needed

Stayed here for a week to attend a livestock show at the Fairgrounds with my wife and 3 teenage daughters. Surprisingly, the one bathroom was not an issue for us. House was super clean and comfortable. Game room in the basement was a lot of fun. Driveway is a little tight for a bigger truck/SUV but manageable. All in all, it's a great house and the owner was honest and fair in the listing.

The KINDEST host I’ve ever experienced

Let me tell you, this is the most wonderful host I’ve ever encountered in all my stays throughout the years. I made a mistake when booking and they went above and beyond to fix it even though they didn’t have to. Anyone staying g here will be well taken care of and your hosts will treat you like family. They are genuinely out to be excellent hosts and want their customers happy! Don’t hesitate for a second, book here and enjoy the sites around Springfield!!! Thank you again for an amazing experience!!!!!!

Best bang for your buck

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eric's charming Springfield home. Its quaint appeal and proximity to local attractions set a positive tone for our trip. Eric's attentiveness, such as providing an Atari for the kids when the arcade game wasn't working, was evident throughout. The backyard provided a safe space for our 6 children to play, adding to the family-friendly atmosphere of the home. However, one aspect that could use some improvement is the shower. While the overall cleanliness of the home was satisfactory, the shower stood out as an area that could benefit from some attention. The shower curtain appeared worn and in need of replacement, and the shower head had some issues with functionality, making it difficult to adjust the water temperature properly. Additionally, we noticed some grime buildup on the shower walls, indicating that a more thorough cleaning may be needed in this area. Despite these minor drawbacks, we were able to manage and still have a comfortable experience overall. Another aspect worth mentioning is the driveway. While it didn't pose a significant issue, the narrow driveway with a drop-off was a minor inconvenience, especially when backing in. Overall, we found the accommodations to be quite comfortable and conducive to a good night's sleep and our experience at Eric's Springfield home was very positive. The charming ambiance, convenient location, and attentive host made for a memorable stay.

Beautiful stay all around

Me &’ my children had a very good time staying here. It was really cozy &’ everything was so fresh! From the carpet to the bedding. The entertainment downstairs was endless fun for the family .Host was very responsive &’ polite. Will book again .

Close to everything!! 😄

House was nice... bathroom is small. Bedrooms was nice size. Traveling with a pre-teen so we went and bought a tv for the room cus the littler kids didn't wanna watch him play game. There is only 1 tv in living room. No TV's in bedrooms. Gamer room in basement was nice as well,no tv there. Kitchen was perfect had pretty much all cooking utensils. The house could use deep clean (cob webs in corners) (window sills need wiped out) Overall, it was great stay and would definitely stay again.HOST WAS AMAZING FROM START TO FINISH👍
