Vår halvprivata strand ligger några steg bort för att koppla av i solen, samla skal, bygga sandslott, snorkla eller bara flyta dagen bort i Mexikanska golfen.

Vår pool och badtunna är väl underhållna. Också ligger vid poolområdet är en full grill grill med grillredskap och (2) bord för middag för 6 gäster. Perfekt för middag vid poolen.

(3) Storlek sovrum (King, Queen och 2 enkelsängar) inkluderar garderober för förvaring, byråer, fläktar, TV med fjärrkontroll (i alla 3 sovrum) och natt står med lampor. Sovrummet har privat master bad - granit bänkskivor och badkar / dusch combo. Gästbadrum är full storlek med granit bänkskivor och badkar / dusch kombination. Hushållning är viktig för oss, så du hittar alla sovrum rena och välskötta.

IRB 2025

We always enjoy our time in Indian Rocks Beach. The location of Sunset Paradise is really nice for the restaurants and places we like to visit. Luz (property owner) was very responsive to issues/concerns we had about the condo.

Great location on beautiful beach

The condo is in a great location on a beautiful beach, and the owner was super friendly and helpful. It was spacious enough for our family of 5 to spread out in for 9 days, and we enjoyed the view from the balcony.The pool area was great, too, with plenty of chaise lounges available for guests. While part of the pool fence was missing due to recent hurricanes, the property was otherwise in pretty good condition. Unfortunately, the pool heater and hot tub jets were out of order during our stay, so we didn’t really get to use either one, which was disappointing.The biggest issue for us was the constant noise from the unit above us. It sounded like a large family with children was staying there, and we could hear them walking/running around almost constantly from early morning to late at night. At times, it also sounded like they were moving furniture, as well as dropping heavy things on the floor, which made it difficult to relax.The condo itself was very clean, but some of the furnishings were quite well-worn; the toilet flapper in the master bathroom needs to be replaced; and there was only one remote control to share between the ceiling fans in the living room and the master bedroom. I would also suggest updating the information on VRBO, as we had to search around the unit to find the correct WiFi details.That said, the condo was very comfortable, the beach location was great, and there are lots of yummy restaurants in the area (we loved Guppy’s).

Excellent location

We love this area, the property is on the water, heated pool, and walking distance to restaurants. Sunsets each night is beautiful! The apt was clean and nice interior decor. Host communicated very well. Would stay again!

This condo is beautiful and in a great location. Owner very responsive to calls and texts. We had a confusing time checking in as it appears instructions were not updated but a call to the owner resolved that. We checked in on a Monday and had a mandatory evacuation Wednesday morning. Very disappointed that there was no compensation for our missed two days from the owner or VRBO.

Great place.

Great condo, very clean, recently remodeled. Great location. Host is very attentive, coffee maker broke and we had a new one by Amazon in 2 hours. And probably one of the biggest pools and decks we’ve seen in a med sized condo. Can’t go wrong staying here.

Family vacation

The unit was nice and clean, beach items in closet were nice to have available. Besides issue of slow flushing toilets, which the immediately had a plumber come out, very thankful! The kitchen was not used much, as we ate out every night. If I were to cook more I think I would have liked more things in the kitchen. Overall the beach access and pool were nice, the hot tub was relaxing for other family members.

Very chill

We stayed here the last week of May just after school let out in North Georgia. We were extremely happy with the location with several options to eat in walking distance. Just a few miles away were some of our favorite places from previous trips. The pool and beach were very laid back with sunsets to die for. We even made some friends at the pool. If you are looking for a chill place to land and relax this is it.

Wonderful, relaxing vacation

The condo had everything you could ever want. They were short 3 beach chairs. I texted the owner and 2 hours later at 10 pm new chairs were delivered to our door. Can't get better than that. Pool was heated and hot tub was perfect. The view was amazing and so relaxing. Would love to return.

Best view ever!

This property will not disappoint!! It was well stocked with kitchen startups, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, and I especially like that all 3 bedrooms were separated from the main living area. The open family room, kitchen and breakfast table felt like a cottage style room with a spectacular panoramic view of the ocean. You can relax on the couch and still see the gorgeous ocean. A Pack-n-play and high chair are provided if needed. My only drawback was the thermostat would not lower below 70 so the nights were a bit warm, but the fans helped. I give this property an AAA!!

Family fun in the sun!

We stayed 2 weeks with our daughters enjoying the sun and sand. Condo is nicely furnished with comfortable beds. Location is great with many restaurants within walking distance. Only negative is that you can hear the upstairs neighbors walking around. Over all we would recommend this condo for a stay in Indian Rocks Beach.

Great place to stay with kids who love the beach

Easy beach access was amazing, kids loved playing on the beach, at the pool, and watching the sunset. The place itself is clean and a great setup for families to enjoy both the inside and outside. Highly recommend.

Christmas Vacation

The house was very nice, everything that we needed was provided. The beach view was amazing as well! The week we went the weather was colder than usual but we still enjoyed walking the beach! We are thankful for the hot tub! We used it daily!

Very relaxing

The property was very nice. Nice and clean. Plenty of room. The view of the beach was very relaxing! Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was good to have a gas grill by the pool also. The owner Luz Libreros took great care of us! We would go back again!

Very nice stay, nice location , heated pool and hot tub. Toys, towels and chairs and blanket for the beach. Once we figured out the right access code to get in we had a really nice time. Vrbo hadn't updated the correct passcode to get in the unit and I panicked when I couldn't speak with my contact. But after sending a message she called me back with the correct code and we had access. She was out of town but she provided additional people to call if we had any additional needs. Love the open kitchen and living area. Plenty of parking with elevator. The beds in the twin room are not comfortable, they ended up sleeping in the living room the last few nights, but the other two bedrooms were very comfortable. They had plenty of towels and a very nice laundry room. A lovely condo that I would highly recommend.

Amazing slice of paradise

Sunset Paradise lives up to its name with this unit as you have an absolutely amazing unrestricted view of the Gulf coast from the unit. Everything was clean and modern and the amenities were perfect. We will come back!

Amazing stay at Luz's property

This property is amazing. It is clean and very spacious. It faces the beach, and provides access to a pool and hot tub. It is on the second storey with access to a lift The kicthen has recently been installed. It also quiet, but close enough to the restaurants on Gulf Boulevard. The views of the sunset are amazing. Luz is a fantastic host. She communicated with me the day before I arrived and also during my stay. I could not find fault with the property and host. I recommend this property and I would definitely come here again!
