The condo was perfect for our family, plenty of room. We loved having the beach view to see the sunset every night and the heat lighting was amazing. The host responded to my emails quickly with simple questions. We would definitely come back!

There isn't one thing I would change about our stay. The property was beautiful and perfectly located. Luz made everything so simple and she was extremely responsive to any questions. I highly recommend staying here!

Kitchen floors and table were dirty on arrival. Master bedroom was undone (comforter was upside down and top sheet was sideways).Ample towels, maybe one (or 2) too many towel swans stuffed in bathrooms for me though. No laundry detergent to wash their towels, no extra paper towels or toilet paper (what was there was enough for two people for a week’s stay but it was see-through, dollar store quality) and only one trash bag.Owner left son’s number while they were, “out of the country”, during our stay. Unit pool was mostly well kept and literally just a few steps to beach.

We are sorry to learn of these concerns, as none were communicated to us during the guest’s stay. Had we been contacted, we would have gladly addressed any issue immediately. Our cleaning team provided time-stamped videos showing that the unit was thoroughly cleaned and prepared before arrival, including the kitchen, floors and bedrooms. The unit is also stocked with hotel-quality towels and sufficient paper products for the stay. Because we were traveling, we provided the number of a responsible local contact who was available to assist with anything the guests needed. We are pleased they enjoyed the well-maintained pool and convenient beach access.

The host was so communicative and helpful, from the time we booked to the day we checked out. The condo is perfectly situated on Indian Rocks beach - easy walk, gorgeous views. The pool and hot tub always thoroughly cleaned each morning. We loved this place!!!

Great place to stay with kids who love the beach

Easy beach access was amazing, kids loved playing on the beach, at the pool, and watching the sunset. The place itself is clean and a great setup for families to enjoy both the inside and outside. Highly recommend.

This was a beautiful condo. Very well maintained. Sunsets from the porch are gorgeous. Host is wonderful to work with. Condo is close to restaurants and shopping.

Excellent location

We love this area, the property is on the water, heated pool, and walking distance to restaurants. Sunsets each night is beautiful! The apt was clean and nice interior decor. Host communicated very well. Would stay again!

Great place.

Great condo, very clean, recently remodeled. Great location. Host is very attentive, coffee maker broke and we had a new one by Amazon in 2 hours. And probably one of the biggest pools and decks we’ve seen in a med sized condo. Can’t go wrong staying here.

Perfect location

Excellent three bedroom condo with direct access and views of the beach from the balcony. Has all the amenities you want! Lu was fabulous and attentive and this is a perfect condo, you can't beat the location
