Underbar lägenhet på verkställande nivå på femte våningen med utsikt över de vackra stränderna i Redington Shores.

Denna 1500+ sf-lägenhet är helkaklad i alla rum med 3 stora sovrum, uppdaterade badrum och ett vackert kök med alla extrafunktioner du önskar. Rostfria vitvaror i köket med vackra bänkskivor i granit. Massor av sittplatser vid matbordet och extra balsamplatser vid frukostbänken för en snabb måltid eller drink.

Vardagsrumsområde som är tillräckligt stor för att hela gruppen kan koppla av och titta på de fantastiska solnedgångarna över Mexikanska golfen eller njuta av en 55 "platt-tv för de kvällarna som kopplar av hemma och titta på din favorit-tv-show eller strömma dina favoritfilmer från Netflix. Hörnenhet med fönster norrsidan för massor av extra belysning under dagen.

Kung i befälhavaren med en stor kl��dkammare och eget badrum. Det stora sovrummet vetter mot den stora balkongen med din egen platt-tv.

Nature at it's finest!

We stayed 5 weeks and enjoyed the ocean walks and foods. Seeing dolphin, octopus, sea stars, snails of all sorts. Such a great spot for relaxing.

Family Friendly Place

This place had a great view of the beach. We could even see dolphin and manatee swimming out in the ocean. We went on the first week of July and the beach wasn't all that crowded considering. It made for the perfect laid back vacation we were looking for. There's also plenty of things to do for a family within a 15 minute drive. The unit itself had a nicely stocked kitchen, lots of things to take to the beach including chairs, unbrellas, and a wakeboard and board games and books to select from. The hotel just next door has a restuarant/ bar you can walk up to on the beach which was also really convient on our last night there. I would definitely stay here again should it be available on future visits.

Mom's 80th Birthday

Well I waited and hoped that this would be resolved before I left my review. But it wasn't and won't be. To start off with work was being done, painting, drilling and scrapping. I understand that they had had 2 Hurricanes to deal with along with regular maintenance. That being said, They insist they sent an emial. 1st off it did not come thru the VRBO email, second I have searched and have not found it on my regular email. Drilling started at or before 9am, paint crews were on our balcony while we were still resting. Startling to say the least to my Mom. 1 day the noise was so great that we just left. This was going on all day long. This place is expensive, but we wanted the best for our Mom. The view is amazing, you pay for this and you don't want to leave. In all fairness they refunded $100 which is a joke considering the cost of this place. So I did mention to them that I felt that $250 would be satisfactory and that is a drop in the bucket considering the cost. So beware if you have an issue about getting a resolution. By the way I have stayed in Many VRBOs and have Never left a bad review. We sent actual recordings of the racket going on!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Ram Sea #514. Check in was smooth as it only required a code to get in when your room was ready. There was only a touchpad code to get into the condo, this is convenient until the code stops working and you are locked out of the condo which happened to us late at night. My husband decided to walk down to the car with me to fetch something I left in the vehicle: we had just gotten back from a long day in Clearwater and had left our cell phones behind to charge, along with our wallets. When we came back to the room, the code no longer worked 😳. We were stranded. Thank God for one of the wonderful tenants who helped us out. We eventually found a number to the property manager who did come right away to let us in.. After all was said and done we were stranded for 3 hours. I would definitely recommend leaving a spare key for guests or have detailed instructions to make sure the inside latch is in the correct position. The reason we were locked out is because the latch on the inside of the door was just cocked slightly so that the door would not automatically unlock with code. We learned that this incident is the main reason why the other owners are hesitant to install these coded lock systems. The unit could also use some new pots and pans. We cooked breakfast every day and the worn pans we had to work with were not the best. Also, there was no hot water in the bathroom shower off the master bedroom. There were only 2 of us so we just both used the other bathroom to shower

This property was an excellent reprieve for our family. Stayed the week of college “move-in”. Enjoyed great family time. Condo is directly on beach. The 3 bedroom unit was spacious for our group of 5. The beach was beautiful. One morning we counted 20 plus dolphins. A manatee swam right past us and a small sea turtle was within 10’. Great location. Waverunners and paddle boards directly out front on beach, very convenient. Close to grocers, restaurants, ice cream, putt-putt, etc. No unit is perfect and there were several small things that could be easily remedied, but overall our family would give this condo a thumbs up and recommendation for its beach location and the “homey” feel.

Awesome condo on beach

Wonderful condo with best ocean view. Condo was huge. My family consisted of mom, dad, and 3 adult children and there was more than enough space. Absolutely no complaints wiyh condo, check in, parking ect. Great location on gulf blvd. If i had to have a complaint pool was not openeddue to hurricane last year which we were informed of prior to booking. They were in process of repqir qnd looked as if mqy be open very soon. The pool space looked very nice and an added relax space to come. Would definitely book again.

We all had a marvelous time staying at this lovely, spacious property right on the gulf! Views were amazing and the accommodations were perfect for our family of 6. We would definitely consider staying there again!

Fabulous condo and location

We have stayed at the Ram Sea many many times and this was the best condo we have rented. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, the beds had great linens and pillows, the beds were on the firm side but comfortable. It was beautifully decorated and had a great amount of seating on the balcony ( though we did not allow the children out alone due to the height of chairs and railing) . Sue at Long Key vacation rentals was excellent on handling the small issue we encountered. There were plenty of beach items for us to use during our stay. We will definitely return to this condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is beautiful and clean with everything you need. The balcony is large with plenty of room and seats. It was lovely sitting out there watching the water and seeing dolphins pass by. The condo is close to many excellent restaurants (Coconut Charlie's right next door) and stores and a very short drive to John's Pass. If you don't like crowds, this is the area to stay. Drove to Clearwater and we were grateful we chose this location. The pool area was nice with plenty of loungers. The hot tub was closed because they were working on that building. Hired Gypsy Soul Water Adventures for a private boat ride, highly recommend.There wasn't a restaurant that wasn't wonderful, ate lots of grouper. SeaBreeze, Caddy's, Crabby's, Friendly Tavern, Hurricane Eddie's, Sculley's, ect. The large souvenir shop is across the street. One nice thing about Florida, or this area, is if you have a disabled parking tag, you can park wherever and not have to pay. Will recommend to friends/relatives and will look at Ram Sea when we return to area.

Location is perfect for a laid back relaxing time. The hustle is north and south of our stay, we visited both but enjoyed the quiet. The unit was perfect, clean, and setup for guests as if you were part of owners family. Everyone was flawless to work with, got in a little early which in today’s world was a pleasant surprise. Thanks to all. We’ll be back.
