Great place!

Condo was very clean and comfortable. We had no issues. The beachfront was very nice and mostly families. The area is nice and quiet.

Beach Vacation September 2023

I was very impressed with the security on entering the property as this made you feel safe that no one could enter without having an access code. I also liked the fact that the access code for the room was related to your phone number and this made it easy to do this than having a card to keep up with. The lady, Debbie that provided the parking passes and other information was very helpful and friendly.

Beach Vacation 2023

This was a new place that my family decided to stay. My family has grown larger and we needed a bigger place to stay for the 7 of us. Our unit was a 3 bedroom on the top floor of the building. The unit was immaculate and had a lot of up grades. The owner communicated well with us and everything was exactly as advertised. We would 100% stay here again. The only negative that has nothing to do with our unit, but the building itself is that you can hear the elevator constantly running which could be annoying, but you will probably spend most of the time on the beach or at the pool anyway so it shouldn’t be that bothersome. Thank you for a great week!

The Best!

3rd year in a row that we stayed in the exact same place. Extremely clean facilities. Very secure. Ample parking, fast elevators, well maintained indoor/outdoor pool, spacious balcony. Reliable wifi,updated amenities, loved the kitchen. Randy and Debbie are readily available for any and all needs. A very relaxing and comfortable and quiet condo. There's no reason to go anywhere else. It truly is a wonderful place to stay.

Everything was perfect and we had everything we needed.

This condo is wonderful. On the top floor with spectacular views. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal or make a fruit salad. Location was awesome too.

If you are looking for a clean well managed condo located in a safe area with activities close by then Water Point One is the place you want to be. Very good time and very nice staff.

Perfect family getaway!

This was a beautiful property and condo! The location is so convenient. Property managers were super accommodating to us checking in early with our toddler. We have stayed at many facilities in NMB but this is our favorite, not too big, not too small. Perfect for families! We can’t wait to come back :)

Fabulous Christmas and New Year's holidays

Perfect location an loved the layout and set up of the condo. Everyone was very nice and couldn't beat being able to go out for my run every morning right on the beach. Looking forward to spending more time next year!

Very pleased with all aspects of Waterpoint I

Waterpoint 1 is an excellent property. It is well maintained, maintenance does a great job in cleaning. The main lobby is always impeccable. The security features are a plus. Stayed last year, this year and hopefully again next year. This is our number one choice in Windy Hill.

Memories Made 2022

Our family had an amazing week here. The condo was right on the beach with amazing views. We loved how easy it was to get checked in. The unit was very well supplied with all of our kitchen needs. The unit was super clean and I felt very comfortable having my kids there . We got married right on the beach just at sunset . This place will always hold a special place in my heart . I highly recommend this unit for your families vacation destination! We will definitely be back!

Fantastic stay!

We stayed in unit 1004 in Waterpointe 1. The condo was clean and beautiful. The view was amazing. It was perfect for myself, my parents and my eleven year old. We had a blast in the ocean. Short walk to ocean. Randy was very helpful when I was booking. The crew stays on top of keeping building clean. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation!!!!

We loved our stay at Waterpointe 1. This is the first time in this unit, but our 3rd or 4th visit to this location. The Condo did not disappoint! It was the perfect size for our growing family.The view of the ocean from the balcony is fabulous!! The condo is beautifully decorrated and the beds were more comfortable than at home! I love the friendly family atmosphere. We look forward to staying here again!!

It was perfect

This property was conveniently located to the beach. The pool was so close we could hang out at the pool then whoever wanted to go to the beach had a very short walk. Our beds were comfortable which is a must for us. Restaurants were very close by, but traffic was far enough away for a quiet stay.
