For your safety, we've equipped the backyard with a security camera that activates only in case of a security breach. This camera is not recording continuously, ensuring your privacy during your stay. We're committed to your comfort and safety, and full details are provided for transparency before booking.

The bedrooms, each a sanctuary of rest and relaxation, include the primary bedroom with a king bed, private patio, and a sumptuous bathroom with a walk-in closet. We want our guests to enjoy all the amenities our property has to offer, including the hot tub. However, please be aware that the availability of the hot tub might be affected by necessary maintenance, cleaning, or unforeseen issues that arise beyond our control. Our commitment to providing a safe and enjoyable experience means there may be times when the hot tub is not accessible. Your understanding and flexibility are greatly appreciated as we work to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

If you need recommendations, we'll be available to provide them otherwise you'll have complete privacy. We'll provide you with access information before you arrive, so you'll have super quick and easy entry.

Scooters (Lime & Bird) as well as Lyft and Uber are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro's website).
We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy.
1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine)
2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance
3) No events or parties
4) No pets allowed
5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
