Discover seaside allure at this quaint cottage, perfectly located less than a five-minute stroll from Bar Beach as well as North Gilmore Cove and Rockpools. You'll also have easy access to Newcastle Memorial Walk and Nesca Park's off-leash area. Start your morning with a coffee and brekky at Swell Kiosk before hitting the beach. Come home and settle into air-conditioned comfort or enjoy an alfresco dinner in the pet-friendly backyard while you soak up breathtaking sunset views across Newcastle.
This charming cottageâattached to the main house where the owners reside, but separated by a fenceâoffers a private entrance and bright and airy living spaces across two levels, with the lower lounge area extending to a paved patio and backyard lawn where elevated views take in the wider Newcastle region.
Downstairs, youâll find all you need in the modern kitchen to prepare food at home, and a four-seater table where you can share meals. A cosy sofa is ideal for relaxed afternoons curled up with a good book, while glass doors open out to a paved patio area and a pet-friendly backyard where you can enjoy a glass of wine with sweeping city views.
Upstairs, a second lounge area is complete with a generous sofa and wall-mounted TV for laidback movie nights, while central air-conditioning ensures year-round comfort. Two bedrooms sleep four guests, with the primary bedroom offering a king-size bed while the second bedroom includes two king singles, making this an ideal stay for a family getaway. The bathroom is appointed with a shower, vanity and mirror as well as complimentary toiletries to refresh after a day at the beach.
A washing machine/dryer combo is also available, while other conveniences include WiFi, a deskspace and free street parking 24/7.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
