Upptäck vilka semesterdrömmar är gjorda på Emerald Dreams i Destin, Florida. Detta privata fritidshus har 2500 kvadratmeter bostadsyta och rymlig, inhägnad gård komplett med en privat pool och utomhusgrillstation. Med fyra sovrum och ett bonusvåningssängrum, öppen planlösning och två våningar, hittar du enkelt plats för upp till 14 gäster att koppla av och njuta av sin semester tillsammans. Det viktigaste bostadsområdet finns på första våningen och innehåller ett fullt utrustat kök komplett med bänkskivor i granit och apparater i full storlek. Du hittar köksredskap och porslin du behöver för att förbereda måltider i alla storlekar eller så kan du gå till trädgården för att dra nytta av din privata gasgrill. Efter middagen kan du gå till vardagsrummet för en filmkväll och kvalitetstid eller gå till våt bar på tredje våningen för en drink efter middagen och ett lugnt ögonblick på balkongen med utsikt över stadsdelen.
Detta hem gjordes för att njuta av tiden ute. Trädgården var handgjord i timmar tillbringade lounging på poolen däck eller ta en uppfriskande simma. Great Family Home

We had a wonderful stay! Very cozy/practical/roomy home! Less than a 6 min walk from the beach. Lots of nearby restaurants and activities! Our family loved it and enjoyed our stay immensely!

Easter weekend.

Great house! It was way more spacious than I expected. Great amenities, beautiful neighborhood, one block away from the beach, even restaurants and shops are at walking distance. Really enjoyed our stay!

It was great we really enjoy the stay

The only thing was that its really a 4 bed room not five, the supposely 5th bed room is inside the masters bed room not connected but inside, and the upstairs rest room tub is tooo slippery my daughter slip while trying to enter the tub, well over all it was a great experience and the family really enjoy the house and specialy the private pool. I would recommend the house and its minutes away from the beach.

Great House

House was wonderful and quiet neighborhood. Kitchen well equipped. Public beach access is terrible in this area though. The roped off beach areas for hotels and condos has ruined the beach experience for house rental. Loved the house but sorry to say I’ll never return to Destin

I really enjoyed my stay. Leading up to the trip and during the trip, management was very easy to contact for any questions. The home was beautiful, the pool was awesome, and I could literally walk to the beach! I will definitely reserve this home again. But PLEASE retire the living room set, it needs to be put out of its misery. 😉

Beautiful house - Awesome pool area

Our family of 12 people had a great time at Emerald Dreams! We really enjoyed the backyard pool area! The house was very clean and everyone had plenty of room. The decor was very nice and beachy and the kitchen was well stocked. We didn’t cook, but the outdoor grill area was really nice with the bar and would be great for cooking out by the pool. We ended up driving and parking at the Crab Trap for the beach. We usually eat seafood when we are here but we tried the Italian restaurant in the shopping plaza right across the road

Excellent stay

Pool was the best and a must have. My 21 and 22yr olds loved the bikes. Everything about house excellent.!tell others on ad that the 5th bunk beds room has a door but must enter through master bedroom. Need replacement tv in queen bedroom on 2nd floor. Excellent stay. Loved grill but no treless over grill as in picture.!

Spring break getaway for 3 families

We spend 3 days at this lovely home. We had 3 families with children (aged 10 months to 16years old) stay here and we fit very comfortably. We had everything we needed to cook. Would recommend bringing spices (salt/pepper, oil etc) but had all the utensils needed. The pool was heated and the kids enjoyed it all day. Walking distance to a public access beach. Would highly recommend and will be staying here again.

Girls weekend!!!!

We had a lovely stay!! The only weird concern was that none of the outlets in the bathrooms worked upstairs or downstairs. Other than that, property was very clean & our stay was absolutely wonderful. The walk to the beach was not as long as I thought & you are within walking distance of a cutie little cafe!

Beach Vacation May 2023

Overall I was happy with the place. Unrelated to the rental, if you're a beach person I would recommend getting to the beach early and setting up your spot because the area where you can stay (Public Access) is limted. Most of the places on the beach have somehow claimed/reserved the beach in front their property for their customers.

Spring Break

We had a great time in Destin and at this house. The kids loved the pool and we really enjoyed the porch, the outside grill/kitchen area and the 2nd floor balcony for our morning coffee.

Great getaway

Beautiful home, great location

Home was as beautiful as pictures provided. Plenty of space for entire family. Plenty furnishings for cooking. We were disappointed, that the pool heater was not working properly the first 3 days, but once pool company came out and addressed the issue, we enjoyed for the rest of stay.

Great house, room for improvement

House was great size for our party of 10. Unfortunately, we ran into several issues within the house. To name a few the house was not clean as advertised. Traveling during these times, we wiped down high touch areas. The Clorox wipes were visibly filthy. Second biggest issue was door sensors did not work which was a big concern with little kids and a pool. The oven wouldn’t heat up to temperature to use. We contacted the property to let them know only to be told sorry for the inconvenience, we will put a work order in. The property manager showed up one day unannounced and came into the backyard failed to identify himself after clearly startling the family that was in the backyard at the time. We were told they would advise us if someone else comes to the house to avoid additional startling. Unfortunately, they did not follow through and the next day someone came into the house, when our 19 year old daughter wasn’t feeling well and she was at the house alone. We discovered this when we came home to the door sensors alarming. All in all a good house but lots of little issues that will hopefully be resolved for the next guests

Location Location Location

Our family of 11 stayed here and were very happy with the location. It was a short walk to the beach and we were in close proximity to shopping and food. The only negative things were the carpets were horribly stained throughout the house. They should be pulled for sure. The living room had several boxes and remotes with no description how to use. Half the cable channels did not work including no kids channels. We were sad they we could not use the grill. Although we were compensated for no grill. It was a letdown that we could not use that awesome outdoor area. The outdoor cushions are in need of replacing as well. The house was perfect sized for our family and we would definitely rent again especially if the grill area is working. The kitchen had pretty much all utensils we needed for indoor cooking. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet.
