About the home
âPanorama Viewsâ is a delightful double-storey family & pet friendly home in Cape Woolamai just a short walk to the safe swimming beach of Cleeland Bight and a comfortable drive from the supermarkets, restaurants & cafĂ©s of San Remo and Cowes. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
The downstairs Family Room (with 50" TV & some board games) flows through to a central hallway that provides access to Bedroom 2 and 3 (each with BIR), a Bathroom (with shower), a separate Toilet and a Laundry (with washing machine & some boogie boards) that also leads directly to the Carport. Upstairs is the huge open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room (with 75" smart TV & DVD player and some board games) that flows through to the front Deck, as well as Bedroom 1 which features a 65" smart TV, WIR and ensuite (with shower & toilet).
Outdoor Areas
The upstairs rear Deck (with gas BBQ, seating for 8 plus 4 Directors Chairs) overlooks enclosed rear yard which is perfect for children and pets. The upstairs front Deck is ideal to catch spectacular sunsets and island views. The large Carport provides space for 2 cars, with another 2-3 vehicles (cars and/or a boat) able to be parked in the driveway.
Just 100m away from the home is the fantastic Sunnyside Park with a secure fenced area featuring swings, two slides, climbing equipment, trampoline & play house, as well as BBQ tables, a small basketball court and plenty of open space - perfect for ball games, exercise and pets.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso compatible pod coffee machine, etc. plus a double sink, full sized fridge plus a bar fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There is a wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioner in the upstairs Living room, plus two additional stand-alone heaters and three fans which can be used where required.
Bedding Configuration
This home has 6 beds, accommodating up to 9 guests:
Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): One Tri-bunk
Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): One set of Single bunks and one Double bed
Please note: A Tri-bunk has a Double bed on the bottom, and a Single bed above it.
Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
