Family Getaway

This property was quiet, clean, very well kept and conveniently located. Beautiful views of the gulf, although the sunrise in mid-March was blocked by a neighboring building. It took our family about 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach due to the private property immediately across the road. There were great amenities in-building, and we were pleasantly surprised by the stash of board games/sand toys etc.The check-in/check-out process was simple and straightforward, and the company was communicative throughout our stay.

Overall, a good experience. However poor communication from Southern for our check-in. Basic needed information was not as provided as it should have been.

Great Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Had an issue not being able to get checked in right away, but other than that it was a great getaway. Property Manager was great. Beach was fabulous and not crazy busy which was perfect.

One Key

Just that we got locked out because they only supplied 1 key. After we got an extra key the next afternoon it was all really good. Shower broke and garbage disposal broke. Took a day to get that fixed but that could happen anywhere. All in all it was a great place, clean and everyone was really great to deal with. Place was awesome

Destination Wedding

We went to a family wedding and had a great time overall. Great views and close enough to everything but felt relaxing. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!!

Great property in a great location

My family wanted a quiet place on the beach where we could enjoy spring break. This was the perfect property for that! I felt reassured from the first email letting us know that this was a family oriented establishment and spring break partiers were not allowed. The building and unit are exceptionally clean and well-cared for. The check-in instructions were clear and the process was very smooth. I appreciate how welcoming they are to rentals while also looking out for residents. The bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable one I’ve experienced and I do a lot of travel. I do wish that there were blackout curtains in the master. We had to wake up with the sun whether we wanted to or not! The balcony is lovely. I could have sat out there watching the view all day. The living room sofa was so comfy that we stayed up way too late each night watching movies. Beyond the unit, we noticed that the building’s fitness area needs an update. The sole elliptical was rusted. The bathroom doors weirdly lock from the outside. But that was literally the only downside of the property. I’d definitely return here.

Wonderful place to stay

Condo was perfect. Stunning views of the gulf, walking distance to everything, and easy access to the beach. Condo was clean, beds were comfortable and plenty of room for 4 adults. Kitchen was adequately supplied but the knives need to be replaced as they are so cheap and dull they are unusable and the refrigerator door does not seal. Overall the furniture is nice but the dining room table is too small to accommodate even 4 people. The building is well constructed (very quiet) and well maintained. Definitely highly recommend.

Location was perfect, closer beach access would have been nice but wasn't awful. A note in the condo to let you know about coin operated laundry facilities being on the ground floor would have definitely helpful. Would stay here again for sure

Great property, had everthing that we needed. Plenty of room gray having the kitchen to make breakfast in the morning, and had a grill out back by pool for the evening. We definitely stay here again it was a nice and quiet area.

Perfect location and place

The location was perfect. It was close to everything we wanted and we got a beautiful view of the beach and sunrise every morning. It was very clean and comfortable. We’d definitely stay again.

Girls trip 2023

Girls trip 2023 was a success. We enjoyed our annual trip to Pensacola beach. We typically stay at a new place each year without disappointment and this was no exception. Great location, excellent views of the water and plenty of room for our group.

family time in pensacola

The condo was clean and well stocked with everything you need for staying in and cooking. It did not have any extra spices for cooking. Sometimes there has been left over salt/pepper etc in other places. Just to let you know bring your own. The location was great to sit out on the balcony in the AM and watch the water. There is a short walk to the beach. If you have a national park pass you can drive down the end of the street and go to fort Pickens and go to a quieter and less crowded beach. It was very peaceful there and you can go through the fort. A recommendation for something to do is the Food tour in downtown Pensacola. Very informative/interesting and you get to eat delicious food. The rental people are very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had.

Short stay

Spent three nights with grandkids. Everything was easy, clean and fun! I just wish we could have gotten to the beach access without a car. It wasn’t far but I unfortunately have a bad back and hip so we had to drive. Didn’t take more than a minute by car. We really enjoyed our stay and the owners at this complex were all extremely kind and friendly.

Fabulous Condo with an Amazing View

We enjoyed our condo- the view was one of the bests! The condo was beautiful- it was quiet- The pool was nice as we spent many days there. We met some amazing locals that live there - Everyone was so friendly . We will be back to stay again soon! Highly recommend Sabine Yacht & Raquet 5F Check in was a breeze and had all the amenities we needed for our 12 day stay.
