This open layout home offers 3 bedrooms, a living room and adjoining kitchen as the center meeting point in the home, and a vaulted sunroom nestled in a private backyard.

Enjoy the Cape Cod Rail Trail, countless miles for biking and walking. Bike rentals are available in various locations in Brewster along Route 6A.
Explore the famous Brewster Flats at low tide to collect seashells, photos, and memories.
Enjoy magnificent sunsets summer over the Cape Cod Bay.

Brewster cottage

It was perfect for the week for us as we were able to vacation with our dogs. The enclosed porch was nice in the evening for playing games and hanging out.

This place had a lot of issues. Toilets that were always on the fritz, I had to go to various stores and porta potties on the cape cod rail trail because the toilet only worked 7 out of 18 days I was there. The plumber who came by told me the toilet needed to be replaced but the owners didn’t want to pay for it. Broken window cranks so windows were stuck open the whole time and bugs were flying in and out of there. The dryer was broken for a few days before they bothered to send anyone to fix it.

Cape get awAy.

The property was comfortable. There were a few glitches that the manager is aware of from our notes. The problems did not effect our vacation since the weather was perfect.
