The Century I building offers an indoor pool and is only a short walk to many fantastic Ocean City restaurants and family entertainment.

***IMPORTANT NOTE: The Century One building is under construction beginning Sept 2, 2025 and lasting through May 31, 2026 (Labor Day to Memorial Day). This unit will be significantly affected by the construction. Owner is offering a 25% discount to any guest during this time frame.**

There is a $50 registration fee for the Century 1 building which includes one parking spot. ----Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the Century 1 directly at $10 per day or $70 per week.
