With the capacity to sleep up to 9 people, this condo is ideal for large families or groups of friends looking for a memorable vacation experience. The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed, while the second bedroom offers a full/full bunk bed and a twin trundle. The living room includes a queen Murphy bed providing ample sleeping space for everyone. The condo also features two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, high-speed internet, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer and smart TVs.

In addition to the condo's amenities, the building itself offers a range of activities for you to enjoy. Take advantage of the arcade, tennis court, and gym, or simply relax on the beach with direct access from the building. With so many indoor and outdoor activities available, including a half court basketball court, full tennis court and indoor pool, this vacation condo is the perfect choice, rain or shine. You'll also be in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, etc.

Please note the Capri has a $75 building amenity use fee. This fee is NOT INCLUDED in your final reservation price and will need to be paid at the building upon arrival. This fee includes one parking space. Additonal spaces are available on a first come, first served basis directly through the Capri building when you arrive. Additional passes, if available are $10 per day or $55 week. They are purchased directly from the Capri building.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

*Comforters/blankets and pillows are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $154.00. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*This building has an indoor pool that is open year round. Dates and times are determined by each building and OCMD Getaways has no control over open dates and times.
