An easy 250m flat stroll to the stunning Shellharbour Marina with cafes and restaurants, and within close proximity to Shellharbour Village with beaches and boutique shopping.
The Space:
This is luxury living at its best with fresh sleek modern interiors, four generous bedrooms for up to 8 guests including a main bathroom with a bathtub and an ensuite and walk in robe to the Master Suite. Enjoy cooking up a storm in the ultra-modern stone and stainless steel full equipped kitchen, a walk in pantry with a food prep area and basic necessities. The property offers an open plan kitchen, living and dining area, and a second rumpus room with pool side views. High ceilings throughout create a feeling of light and space, and reverse cycle A/Conditioning and ceiling fans throughout provide every possible summer and winter comfort. The oversized attached double garage is also available for guest use during their stay at no extra cost. Towels and linen have been provided for your stay, as well as a washing machine and basic kitchen necessities such as silverware, plates, microwave, kettle, toaster and basic cooking utensils.
Relax and enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail as you laze by the Mineral Saltwater Pool set in lush sub-tropical gardens with a north facing backyard bathed in all day sun. The pool is fully heated giving you enjoyment and family fun all year round. Why not try a little hydrotherapy with a glass of Champagne and finish up with a hot/cold shower poolside. Entertain in the undercover entertaining area with a built in outdoor kitchen with granite benchtop, bar fridge and gas BBQ, everything is provided here for your comfort and Resort Lifestyle. You will simply love staying here.

Shell Cove is a family friendly suburb within Shellharbour and offers everything within only a short walk or drive including; The Marina, Killalea Regional Park, the Farm beach, The Links golf course, Shellharbour Village, Stocklands Shopping Centre and Movie Precinct. Shellharbour Junction Train Station is just down the road, Wollongong is only 22 kms away, 8 minutes to Kiama and 15 minutes to Jamberoo Action Park. The new Shellharbour Airport is nearby in Albion Park and only a 1 hour drive to the Southern suburbs of Sydney.
Getting Around:
Shell Cove offers bus routes throughout, and Dunmore train station is a 5 minute drive down the road.

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 75% due 13 days before check-in. Please ensure sufficient funds are available on your Visa or Mastercard, as fees may apply for declined transactions.

Please be advised that we strictly enforce a no-noise party policy. Our home is situated in a tranquil neighbourhood with permanent residents nearby, therefore, we regretfully cannot accommodate "hens/bucks" parties or "schoolies" bookings. Our space is ideally suited for families or friend getaways seeking a peaceful retreat. Linen and bath towels are provided for all guests, with beds pre-made for your convenience. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
All bookings are subject to the guest's full compliance with the NSW Government Short-Term Rental Accommodation Code of Conduct for the duration of their stay.
