Lovely stay

The property was well appointed. Check-in was easy and the host was great at communicating. Location was great with a nice trail to downtown Littleton a block away from the property!

Nice time in Littleton

The overall property and location were great. Lots of room and Mike was easy to communicate with. The property is well stocked and everything is in working order. Some basics would help for future stays including a vacuum, and additional hand towels. Thanks Mike.

Great, cozy house. Superlative owner

Great house- very cozy and convenient. Mike the owner was such a champ and went above and beyond for us, I can't say thank you enough. The house was clean and well laid-out and had lots of thoughtful touches like Christmas decorations and towels laid out on the beds. My kids LOVED the arcade games. Great stay!

We came to Littleton to visit family for Christmas. The house was not only clean and well stocked. It was decorated very nicely for Christmas. Every room! So much detail. Thanks!

Our stay was very nice. The outside of the house was not the best but the inside was very pleasant. Was very clean. The property manager was very nice and answered our questions very promptly. Enjoyed our stay.

The place was clean, and roomy and ideal for are multiple families including kids. Very close to downtown Littleton. Great little area for shops and food. Train close by to go into Denver for the day. It was a great vacation.

Close to everything

This is a cute house and was close to everything. It fit my family of 7 very well and my boys loved the Harry Potter corner under the steps.

Perfect for our needs!

Thank you for letting us rent your home for our stay in Littleton. I was traveling with my parents who needed a home where a bed, bathroom and living area was all on one level for them. This home had absolutely everything we needed. It was clean, newly updated, well stocked with the essentials, and close to everything! I enjoyed working with Mike and felt that if there was anything that I would have needed while I was there he would have attended to it immediately. No needs occurred during our time there because he had everything well managed! Thank you again! Kari

Littleton Lodging near Red Rocks

This house was perfect for our group of 8. We could even all sit around the kitchen table (cozy but manageable). We were in Denver for a concert at Red Rocks and this property was located within a half hour from the venue which was our primary concern. The house itself was nicely appointed. Kitchen was well stocked. Bedrooms were comfortable. Bathrooms were bright and clean. Plenty of linens for everyone. My only suggestion is having a full size coffee pot in the kitchen instead of the small 4-cup version would be nice. Although, there was a Keurig but we didn't know that when we grocery shopped ahead of check-in so we didn't buy K-cups. Not a huge deal...really just an observation. Everyone commented on how well this property suited our group. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

Perfect

5353 Prescott was just perfect. The host was just a wonderful as the house. Mike was easy to work with, very good with communication and omgosh so organized! The info binder on the dining table was lovely and so helpful. The house, location wise the house was centrally located to just about everything we needed and everywhere we needed to be! We were 7 min from my brothers house, ~5 min from Hudson Gardens, the grocery store, the salon, the nail salon, less than ~10 min from an array of restaurants and breweries! 5353 Prescott is very kid friendly - we just put the glass sculpture in the closet and put the baby gate up at the top of the stairs and our 11 month old daughter had free run of the upstairs. The beds were VERY comfortable, which is not typically the case with VRBO homes. The kitchen had everything we needed and more - and is very spacious. Actually the whole home is very spacious. Our only suggestions for improvement - Blackout curtains in the upstairs bedrooms and a few full length mirrors. As long as Mike will have us, Trey and I have decided that we will DEFINITELY rent this home again :) (Christmas 2019! - I CALL DIBS).

This stylish and comfortable VRBO rental is so clean, and well supplied! What a fun game room with plenty of games and entertainment available. You can take a leisure stroll through a natural park to get to downtown Littleton. The owner is helpful and friendly. I recommend this location for a relaxing vacation!

Great spot, adorable house, comfy

Everhart was so so great. Kinda wish we lived here. Next to zero issues. Host was super communicative for the few issues we had. Ultimately i would have stayed longer. Had a baby who slept amazingly here. Even when the bigger kids were being CRAZY LOUD downstairs, you could not hear it much upstairs. Great find if you are trying to keep a zen area and a fun area. Games and harry potter nook were so charming.

Quick visit

The layout and cleanliness was great. It is also centrally located to downtown Littleton. It was easy to access good dining, easy hiking trails and shopping.

Very clean

We were in Littleton for my daughter’s wedding. Great place for 5 adults. Easy check in and check out process. Walked to historic Littleton via the trail very close to the house.

Cozy and convenient

Such a perfect location to enjoy downtown Littleton. Just a quick 15 minute walk along a beautiful trail to Main Street. The house is so pretty and the bedrooms were cozy and inviting. Plenty of parking with the garage, driveway and street if needed. The owner had everything ready to go for us. Towels, toiletries, blankets, coffee etc. The tv was set up for streaming services too, so that was a wonderful bonus. We had a great time for a whirlwind weekend with good friends.

Littleton Family Gathering

Perfect property we were in town for a family, baby, shower. The property was essentially located for us between downtown Denver, Littleton and Parker relatives. Very clean easy check in close to Main St., Littleton thank you for a wonderful weekend. We will certainly come back if it’s available when we’re next in town.

We chose this home due to it's proximity to downtown Littleton. You will fall in love with this little town! Main Street has many quaint shops, delicious restaurants, and great pubs.

This home has just been completely remodeled and outfitted with brand new furnishings. Everything you need is available. Your kids will love the play area under the stairs, which is decorated with a Harry Potter theme, as well as the new rec room with HDTV, arcade machine and foosball!
