Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom apartment nestled in the heart of South Melbourne! Perfectly positioned for both business and leisure travelers, this spacious and stylish accommodation offers the ideal base for exploring all that Melbourne has to offer. Enjoy the popular brunch cafes just outside of the building, or take leisurely walk along the Shrine of Remembrance just across the road!
Car parking not advertised but available upon request and ideal for longer stays for small-medium cars.
The Space:
Our apartment features three comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to provide a restful retreat after a day of sightseeing or work. The master bedroom boasts a plush queen-sized bed, while the other two bedrooms offer a cozy queen and Single beds respectively, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone.
The living area is a bright and inviting space with full length windows on 2 sides, furnished with modern decor and ample seating for relaxation and entertainment. The gorgeous view stretches out from the Port Phillip Sea to the Shrine of Rememberance, an amazing 180 degree angle view!
The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing home-cooked meals, featuring stainless steel appliances, including a stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A dining area adjacent to the kitchen provides seating for six, making it ideal for family meals or gatherings with friends.

- Air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort

Guest Access:
Full access to the apartment and building facilities.
We have one designated space in the apartment car park which is ideal for small-medium cars and available upon request.
Car park access requires an induction with building management to be able to be given access to the parking (ideal for longer stays).
Building management is available Monday-Friday from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.
Apologies as we are not able to arrange the induction for you.

Getting Around:
With easy access to public transportation, including tram stops and train stations, exploring Melbourne's attractions couldn't be easier. The Central Business District (CBD) is just a short tram ride away, where you'll find world-class dining, shopping, and cultural experiences.
Other Things to Note:
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a copy of a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID. If the card is under a different name, you will be asked to send the corresponding ID and and pass through our verification portal.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
Linen: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.
Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay but we do not replenish, you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out.
Airtrip is an offsite property management, should have any questions or concern please reach out to us directly via the messaging platform.
Additional rules
Please make a note of the following during your stay as we want all our guests to be able to enjoy the place over and over again. And again don't forget to have a fabulous stay!
- All extra guest must leave the premises by 10 pm
- Strictly no smoking inside the premises - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
- No parties or events - any evidence of parties or events will result in a $150 fine.
- Key loss will result in a charge of $300; and $150 will be charged if you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance after office hours.
- Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $40 per hour.
Please remember to return the keys to the same lockbox from which they were collected upon check-out. This ensures a smooth process for the next guest. Please leave your apartment tidy by washing your dishes and taking out any rubbish.
- Any FAULTS or BREAKAGES – please report any as and when it happens to ensure we can resolve it without any delays.
- Please note that additional cleaning charges will be applied for guests who leave the apartment in an unacceptable state.
- We only manage the apartments in the building and all of the building amenities are managed by the building management. Any amenity temporarily unavailable or under repair will be out of our control.
