Note the dining table has 6 chairs plus 3 additional stools and a breakfast bar with 3 chairs. There is also a dining table downstairs for 2 plus alfresco dining.

Whether you're seeking relief from the summer heat or cosying up on cooler evenings, enjoy the convenience of air conditioning and a fireplace in the main living area.

Downstairs, discover a convenient kitchenette and an additional bedroom furnished with a queen bed and sofa lounge (by request only), perfect for the extended family.

Please note the creek, if there are large swells/ tides and rain sometimes flows into the backyard and there are sometimes insects / spiders around.
