The Pavilions at Pearl

The Pavilions at Pearl is a luxuriously large 2 level modern house covering 3 pavilions on an enormous private block surrounded by native bush and wildlife and only steps to tranquil Pearl Beach.

It covers 3 pavilions with 5 large bedrooms 1 with 6 bunks, 3 bathrooms and 2 laundries, plus a large chefs kitchen -dining inside and out and a comfortable lounge area with a cosy fireplace.


It is ideal for 8 adults + 6 Children/teenagers

The Space:
Pavilion 1

Enjoy this luxurious entertaining, dining and lounging space with extra tall ceilings with electronic Louvre windows, wide sliding doors leading out to the large deck with day beds and outdoor dining for 10.
Inside an elaborate chefs kitchen with 2 dishwashers and euro cooking.

Pavilion 2

Featuring bedrooms and bathrooms consisting of 1 x king master with ensuite, 1 x queen bedroom and bunk room with 6 large single bunk beds.
This pavilion also has a bathroom and separate laundry. It is connected to Pavilion 1 via an external breeze way.

Pavilion 3

Located at ground level pavilion 3 has 2 large bedrooms opening out the back yard, 1 x king bedroom with desk for WFH and 1 x queen bedroom with an additional daybed.
It also has a large bathroom with laundry facilities.
It is connected to pavilion1 via an external stair case off the balcony.

Guest Access:
electronic key pad - a code will be send to your phone the morning of check in. There are 2 additional sets of keys for the pavilion guests in Pavilion 1.

The Neighborhood:
Coastal bush, quiet narrow leafy streets. Pearl Beach is very quiet with just one cafe and restaurant.

Getting Around:
There is a bus to woy woy, otherwise walk the streets of Pearl Beach. Driving is only required if you want to leave - 5 minute drive to Umina shops.

Other Things to Note:
Pets are allowed but only on approval and are not permitted to roam the area. All bookings will require to provide government issued ID and valid credit card for security purposes. The booker will also be required to complete our digital registration confirming acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
