Excellent

The house and property were great for a very relaxing vacation. We spent the entire time at the pool and ate all of our meals outside. The property was extremely clean and the house had everything we needed.

Annual florida trip

We were relieved this listing description was accurate as we had a very bad experience last year with a falsely advertised vacation home. It was clean, nice pool, canal access. No complaints. Would stay at this house again without question

Great Home!

Home was beautifully updated. There is plenty of refrigerator space! The kitchen had all the cooking utensils you could need. Pool was wonderful and the outdoor space with grill, tv etc. was fantastic! The only downside is its not close enough to walk to restaurants etc. We have already booked for next year!

Escape to Paradise

I have nothing negative to say about our stay at the Villa Cape home. The house is close to everything. The neighborhood is quiet. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The beds and pillows were sooo comfortable!! That in itself is a huge plus! Having a pool was really nice. We spent most of your time in the pool. The kids loved it.
