A wonderful experience - chilled and just what we wanted!

Wonderful house - well equipped to cater for the 4 of us! With a daily storm on the agenda, the pool table, games and large TVs made this a no brainer!House was clean, well kept and if we ever come back to the area - we’ll be in touch!Can thoroughly recommend day trips to Sanibel Island, Pine Island and the local water park - which our kids loved!

Perfect stay!

Home was immaculate and owners were very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Pool and hot tub were clean and ready to use.Plenty of room for my family of 4, plus my mother in law. Not sure what the one negative post was referring to regarding “barking dogs” but we didn’t t hear any. We were in town for a baseball tournament in Fort Meyers. For anyone looking for this reason, all the fields were no more than 25 minutes away (even with traffic)

Great Value

This place was an insanely good value. The pool was great, the kitchen was excellent and had a lot of appliances. Also a great place if you have young children. We used the available pack and play and high chair for my one and a half year old son. It was amazing to lounge by the pool while he napped. A previous review mentioned some barking dogs, but we didn’t have any issues with that. What I will say is to check all of the doors and windows. We found one door and three windows unlocked upon arrival, including the window in the room where my son was to sleep. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place.

The most beautiful villa we’ve ever rented by VRBO

Great villa, nicely decorated, very clean. Great master suite with walk-inn closed and very large bathroom. Seperate rainshower and tub. A very nice pooltafel in a seperate room. We played every day. The kitchen was luxuries. We didn’t use the other bedrooms and bathroom. Outside was a large pool with nice view. Al and all a higlyrecommended villa!

A wonderful place to recharge and relax

My husband and I came down to spend time with my cousin and to enjoy a much needed vacation. This wonderful home provided just that! Beautifully furnished rooms with comfortable beds. A fully stocked kitchen (first time I haven’t needed to bring my own kitchen items with me!). Not to mention the gorgeous heated pool and hot tub. It wasn’t the warmest week, weather wise, but I got to swim every day. There are multiple grocery stores nearby, great restaurants, and lots of shops.I would recommend this home for couples, families, anyone looking for a great stay away from home!

Good but could be better

This was our first time at this house but at least our 10th stay in Cape Coral, this was in a slightly different area than we have stayed before but not far out of the way. Close to Del Prado with all the stores and restaurants, the house was nice and clean. The pros- Good sized house with 3 bedrooms 2 baths, great kitchen and pool table area. They had beach chairs and a cooler to use for beach day and some rods in the shed to fish. Watched Manatee off the dock most days and caught a few catfish. The Cons - The area has a few barking dogs that like to bark at anything going by the canal, there is no seating on the dock area, the pillows sucked beds were comfy though. Make sure to read the booking as we had no pool heat and apparently you had to pre book heat to be turned on which we have never had before. Over all not a bad place not the best but not the worst

Very nice Home, but ........

Haus und Lage waren sehr schön, auch der Pool. Was uns sehr gestört hat, waren die vielen Hinweisschilder, die ĂŒberall aufgehĂ€ngt waren. Wir kommen seit ĂŒber 30 Jahren jĂ€hrlich mindestens einmal nach Cape Coral, und haben einen sehr guten Überblick ĂŒber die Vermietobjekte in der Region. Wir waren fĂŒnf Personen und auf der Terrasse waren lediglich zwei durchgelegene LiegestĂŒhle, sowie zwei uralte Sessel. Die Gartenmöbel sind bestimmt 30 Jahre alt und mĂŒssten dringend ersetzt werden. Es war so gut wie keine KĂŒchenausstattung da. Wir haben selbst GlĂ€ser gekauft, da die vorhandenen WeinglĂ€ser aus Plastik waren. Auch das Geschirr war sehr spartanisch.Übrigens war der Vermieter mega unfreundlich.
