Our open plan, whole-floor apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and pod-style coffee machine, indoor and outdoor dining areas, comfortable lounge seating and convenient amenities including a European-style laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer, an internet-enabled Smart TV offering Foxtel channels and the inclusion of an undercover carport parking space.

‘South Pacific Paradise’ features two air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms. Our master bedroom with king size bed, ensuite with shower above bath and built in robe has direct access to the apartment’s balcony, and our second bedroom has both a double bed and a single bed plus a built in robe.

Guaranteeing guests’ comfort even on the hottest of Summer days, our top level apartment boasts ducted air-conditioning, plantation shutters and ceiling fans throughout. Ideal for outdoor dining or lounging with a good book, the L-shape balcony that wraps around the open plan living and dining area enjoys cooling cross breezes.

Families, rest assured we provide everything you will need for a hassle-free stay including a porta cot (BYO bedding/linen, high chair, plastic dinnerware and a small selection of toys, books and beach toys for fun-filled beach days … all at no extra cost.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire two bedroom apartment and onsite undercover carport parking space throughout their stay as well as South Pacific Resort’s 5 acres of lush tropical gardens, four lagoon pools, three outdoor heated spas, sauna, full size tennis court, table tennis and BBQ facilities.
One kitchen cupboard will be locked and is not available for guest use.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
• ‘South Pacific Paradise’ is a Noosa Council approved short term rental accommodation. All guests who visit Noosa must abide by Noosa Council’s Code of conduct for guest behaviour implemented as a component of the Short Stay Local Law enacted on 1st February 2022 https://www.noosa.qld.gov.au/short-stay-letting
• The swimming pools, spas and sauna are available for guest use between the hours of 7.30am – 9pm
• We do not accept bookings for events including hens/bucks, weddings, birthday parties or other occasions such as schoolies
• No additional guests other than those included in the booking are permitted
• In order to respect neighbours we ask that all guests move indoors and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. Strictly no loud/offensive music or behaviour is permitted at any time
• South Pacific Resort and our apartment are not pet friendly
• Strictly no smoking is permitted within the apartment. If smoking within the resort please dispose of butts responsibly, not in the gardens
• Check in from 3pm
• Check out before 10am
• A $500 refundable security deposit applies to all bookings and is payable either via credit card hold or bank transfer prior to arrival

THE AREA:
Noosa is recognised as a UNESCO biosphere reserve, this chic coastal town is surrounded by bay, beach, National Park and river. Visitors to Noosa love to swim at Noosa Main Beach (approx. 3km from ‘South Pacific Paradise’), surf the Noosa World Surfing Reserve, walk the Noosa National Park’s stunning forest and coastal trails and picnic as the sun sets over the hinterland behind the river mouth. Home to iconic Hastings Street which is famous for its shopping and dining, Noosa’s main beach is lined with restaurants, cafes, bars and an eclectic array of boutiques, homeware stores, galleries, and surf stores.

In the opposite direction to Hastings Street, Noosaville (approx. 3km from ‘South Pacific Paradise’) is known for its laidback vibe, gorgeous water views, shady trees, picnic spots, family-friendly river hire businesses, ‘Pirate Playground’, boutique stores and myriad restaurants, cafes and bars dotted along its 2km of grassy foreshore and is only a short walk, drive or ferry ride from your doorstep.

Sunshine Beach (approx. 4km from ‘South Pacific Paradise’) is renowned for its sand, surf and the ambience of the Sunshine Beach Village on Duke Street. Set beneath a canopy of green trees and pandanus palms, the Sunshine Beach Village features stylish boutiques, restaurants, cafés and bars as well as a hairdresser, surf store, homewares and gift stores, pilates and yoga studio and a boutique bottle shop. Across the road from the Village is the recently renovated award-winning Sunshine Beach Surf Club which offers impressive and uninterrupted ocean views, perfect for spotting the humpback whales passing from June to October.

Noosa Junction or as it is affectionately known by locals, ‘The Junga’ (approx 2km from ‘South Pacific Paradise’) is a buzzing little village just over the hill from Hastings Street, ‘The Junga’ is home to a wonderful world of bars, restaurants, live music, coffee shops, fashion boutiques, laneways, night markets, street art and photo galleries and is many locals’ destination when dining out in Noosa.

Heading south, locals and visitors alike love Peregian Beach for its laidback and chilled beachy vibe and its village square which is home to boutique stores, a host of restaurants, cafes and takeaways set under cool shady trees and its makers’ market held on the 1st and 3rd Sunday morning of each month.

A little further south, Coolum Beach is a laid-back, friendly beachside town fronted by a large grassy beachfront park, playground and skate park, backed by a shopping and entertainment strip featuring a range of dining and casual eateries including the ever popular Surf Club and Coolum Beach Hotel.

Caloundra, the southern-most town of the Sunshine Coast is made up of 7 beaches; Golden Beach, Bulcock Beach, Kings Beach, Shelly Beach, Moffat beach, Dicky Beach and Currimundi which are connected by a coastal boardwalk. The once sleepy beach town is now home to a bustling strip of cafés, restaurants and bars, year round street markets and a vibrant arts community but it still maintains its small town, coastal charm.

Inland from Noosa and popular for day trips is the Hinterland where green valleys are dotted with cafes, galleries, vintage stores, markets and historic pubs. Known for their incredible natural beauty, the Noosa Hinterland is comprised of country towns including Eumundi, Cooroy, Pomona, Kin Kin, Cooran and is also home to the Noosa Everglades. One of only two everglades systems on Earth, the Noosa Everglades is a 60km stretch of pristine waters, magnificent flora and fauna and narrow waterways.
