Indian Palms is a gated community with 4 gates on each side of the complex. Guests must enter
at the main entrance off Monroe Street to be let in by the guard gate. The host will notify the gate

Please note the main gate can get backed up sometimes during our busy festival season. Plan accordingly!
Once at the house, please park in the driveway ( Max 2 parking spaces). Street parking is allowed during the day, but overnight parking on the street is not allowed and may result in a ticket.

Perfect Stay for Stagecoach

We absolutely loved staying here! Neeta was so accommodating and responded within minutes to anything we needed. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed from plenty of pool towels, fully stocked spice rack, etc. Everything was very clean and well kept, we were very happy.As far as walking to the venue for the festival, it’s about a 20min walk to get to where an uber would take you for festival drop off. Took us roughly 40-45 to get from our front door, to scan our wristband into the venue.Would 10/10 book here again!

Cali Sun Get away

We stayed here with 2 seniors, 2 40’s and 2 kids (12 & 9) The house was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything a cook would want to prepare a meal, breakfast to dinner. The house was spacious, well equipped and maintained. Very warm and sunny. The master bedroom was nicely appointed, our adoptive parents loved it and appreciated having their own space. We also appreciated having 2 bathrooms in addition to the master. The room with the 2 twin was nice for the kids, the beds were very comfortable, my husband and I almost kicked our kids out to sleep in the twin beds instead of the room with the queen bed, it was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Having said that we’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Neeta the host was friendly and communication was well received and responded too.Cons:The pool and spa were cool even after paying to have them heated. We paid extra a second day to have the pool heated longer and at a higher temp, but to no avail. Once it was heated to temp the heater shut off and never kicked back on even though we could feel the pool and spa cooling almost immediately. This was communicated, not sure where the breakdown was, but we still enjoyed being outside in the sun! And as stated above we’d stay here again!

Cute House

The house was cute and kitchen well appointed. The bedding could use some cleaning and updating but it was fine. It would have been nice if it would have been more clear that the den room is actually in one of the rooms and not a separate room. Good location for polo fields and owners are very responsive to messages.

Holiday Weekend

We had a good time. I think it should be clear that the “den” couch bed is part of bedroom 3 so it’s not really accessible. Check in time is later than other properties and check out is earlier. Nice house with a great backyard.

Clean house, fits exactly the ad. Just make suit to be in contact with property manger before your reservation because it's a gated community.

Comfortable Getaway

We enjoyed our stay here. The host was very friendly and responsive to questions as they came up. The home was very nicely prepared for us with comfortable sleeping arrangements and well supplied kitchen. The private pool and patio was also a fun treat. You are limited to only 2 vehicles for parking and entering property so keep that in mind if you are planning to stay with a larger group.

Loved out time at the Sunset Oasis - Indio

We really enjoyed our brief stay at this home. It was ideal for us and we plan to stay here again in the future. The private pool, lovely patio, big kitchen and comfortable living room were perfect for us. One family member is somewhat physically impaired, so no steps, the single story of the home and the walk-in shower (there are 2) made getting around easy and stress-free. Also, the fact that he could use the edge of the jacuzzi to steady himself to get into the pool worked quite well! The host, Neeta, was very responsive and gracious.
