Welcome to Scottsdale Retreat on Diamond, a vibrant 4-bedroom, 2-bath home blending Southwestern style with modern amenities. Perfectly located in South Scottsdale, you’re just minutes from Old Town’s dining and nightlife, the energy of Tempe/ASU, and a short drive from Sky Harbor Airport.

Inside, the open layout offers four comfortable bedrooms, two updated bathrooms, and a bright living space filled with playful décor and warm Arizona touches. A vibrant lounge and bar area sets the tone for evening gatherings, while a turf play lawn provides space for games and fun in the sun.

Step outside to your private backyard oasis. You’re just minutes from the historic charm of Old Town Scottsdale—home to renowned restaurants, art galleries, boutique shops, and vibrant nightlife—as well as the cultural and entertainment scene of Tempe and ASU. Outdoor lovers will appreciate easy access to nearby parks, greenbelts, and scenic trails, while golfers will find several top-rated courses within a short drive.

Getting Around:
With major roads like Scottsdale Road, McDowell Road, and the Loop 101 close by, getting around the Valley is simple and efficient. • Pool Heating: The private pool can be heated for $75/night or $400/week. Please request and complete payment at least 72 hours before check-in to ensure it’s ready upon arrival.

• Pool Safety Waiver Required: A signed pool use and safety waiver must be completed prior to check-in.

• Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. The City of Scottsdale enforces strict noise ordinances, and violations may result in fines or removal from the property.

• Security Cameras: A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door for occupancy verification and emergency purposes only. No other cameras or recording devices are on the property.

• Noise Monitoring: A Minut noise monitoring system is installed to track decibel levels only—it does not record audio—to ensure neighborhood peace while maintaining guest privacy.

• Pet Policy: Pets are not typically allowed. Exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved—or if a pet is found on-site without prior approval—a $175 non-refundable cleaning fee will apply.

• Late Checkout Policy: Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $75 rescheduling fee from our housekeeping team. Please contact us in advance to request changes.

• Traveling with Little Ones? A Pack-N-Play and highchair are available upon request.
