Plenitude Villa’s majestic Villa Hollywood is in Solterra Resort in beautiful Davenport, Florida, and close to several attractions being less than thirty minutes away from Walt Disney World. This location is also close to Universal Studios, Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park Zip Line, and the Providence Golf Course.
As one of the crown jewels of Plenitude Villas rental properties, this amazing villa will be able to comfortably accommodate up to thirty guests with fourteen bedrooms and eleven bathrooms and is a marvelous property.
Solterra Resort is a magnificent and gated resort community with fantastic amenities with a 5600 square foot clubhouse, there is an extra fee to use Resort Amanities , after paying, you will have a full access to a beautiful resort pool complete with waterslide and lazy river to float down and access to poolside cabanas. There is a twenty-four-hour fitness room and gym for all your workout needs, tennis and volleyball courts and a playground and recreational area for kids to enjoy.
This property has built in air conditioning and central heating, free high-speed WI-FI internet and cable television. Your safety and security are our utmost priority, and the door comes equipped with an electronic lock and code.
Villa Hollywood has several areas to highlight including your own private pool and hot tub which can be heated for an extra fee. There is also a games room with a foosball table, air hockey table and dartboard The villa features twelve exquisite king bedrooms and two kids’ rooms with full-over-full and twin-over-twin bunk beds, all themed around famous Hollywood movies, offering ample space for large groups. The first-floor bedrooms, including Titanic, Jaws, Tiffany’s, Wizard of Oz, and Godfather’s, each come with their own bathroom. The second-floor bedrooms, including Firstman/space, Back to the future, and Transformers, also come with their own bathrooms. The Jumanji bedroom shares a bathroom with the Ghostbusters bedroom, while the Hobbit bedroom shares a bathroom with the Jurassic bedroom, and the ET bedroom shares a bathroom with the Indiana Jones bedroom.

The villa offers an array of amenities for your entertainment and leisure, including a private bowling alley, Halo virtual arcade game, heated pool & spa, pool table, air hockey table, basketball hoops, hydro thunder, happy baby basketball, electronic piano, and more. You can also enjoy the large living room TV and an open-concept living room space with a premium-quality audio system. The villa features Smart 4k TVs and carpeted floors in all 14 bedrooms, two refrigerators, and two sets of full-sized washers and dryers, ensuring your ultimate comfort and convenience. The villa’s unique theme and amenities were featured by Paging Mr. Morrow and the News 6 at Nine news channel.

Outside, you’ll find a large private swimming pool and spa, which can be heated upon request, and resort-style sun loungers and seating. There is also a private family BBQ grill next to the pool that you can use for a fee. The villa’s kitchen is fully equipped for the most discerning chef, and there is plenty of open space for group gatherings in the living room, with a massive kitchen island and additional chairs for everyone to enjoy quality meals together..
Pool heating or hot tub can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost of fifty ($50.00) dollars a night with a minimum rental of seven (7) days and forty-eight (48) hours’ notice prior to the check in date.

Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am sharp.
Each bathroom will be provided some small toiletries including one free item of soap, toilet paper, garbage bag, dish detergent and roll of paper towel. There are supermarkets and grocery stores in the area for all your additional needs.

POOL HEATING FYI:
*The heater is set to a maximum of 95F, which is a standard, we cannot make it warmer.

*It doesn't warm up the water instantly, it takes time for it to get to its max set up heating temperature.

*The pool and jacuzzi are heated by the same heater, so they'll both get to the same temperature.

*The heater does not work as a hotel/resort's heater, it will make the water warm, not hot, since it is designed to be used on smaller pools, it makes the water equally warm on both the Pool and Jacuzzi.

*On cold, cloudy, and rainy days, the water will take longer to heat up completely.

* Under these conditions, the surface water of the pool will also be colder due to the climate.

HOUSEKEEPING:
All of Plenitude Villas properties are thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company before you check in. If you’d like cleaning services during your stay, it can be requested for an additional fee. Clean sheets and towels will be provided for you upon your arrival.

FOOD:
Due to Florida’s laws, no open food can be left in our properties and will be discarded after your stay.

GARBAGE / TRASH DISPOSAL:
Garbage or trash pickup occurs daily. Please ensure your garbage is disposed of properly in the designated areas.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
There will be additional costs for providing repairs to damages, additional cleaning or any of the circumstances which are listed below:
• Check out after 10 am or “late check out” is considered an extra day charge. Please vacate the premises before 10 am.
• There is a five hundred ($500.00) dollar smoking fine if applicable.
• There is a pet fee of one hundred and fifty dollar ($150.00) if applicable.
• Excess garbage/trash fee is seventy-five dollars ($75.00)
• Air conditioning damage is one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) if applicable.
• Emergency plumbing for clogs is seventy-five dollars ($75.00)
• Parties can be subject to a one thousand ($1000.00) dollar penalty
• Extra guests can be subject to a one hundred ($100.00) dollar penalty per person.**Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee - One time fee per house per reservation :
