In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 2, the maximum allowed occupancy is 4, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.
This renovated Kiawah Island vacation rental features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a private deck. The villa is just about a 4-minute walk to the beach.
The living room offers guests ample seating and plenty of natural light. The updated kitchen provides brand new stainless steel appliances, a beautiful coastal backsplash, and seating for four.
In the primary bedroom, youâll find a king-size bed and a flat-screen television. Attached to the primary bedroom is a full bathroom featuring a dual vanity and walk in shower. Near the front of the villa, the second bedroom is located just off the main entrance and provides two twin beds. A full size bathroom is accessible from the bedroom as well as from the hall.
Located just off the living area is a private shaded deck with two Adirondack chairs. Itâs the perfect place to enjoy a quiet morning or settle down after a long day.
The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more â the choice is yours!
