The Casa Esmeralda is a luxurious 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom private home that sleeps up to 14 guests. As you enter the house, you will be greeted by the grandeur of the winding staircase, adding a touch of elegance to the coastal charm. The spacious living area is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The beach-inspired decor and soothing color palette will instantly make you feel relaxed and at ease. The home is located in an upscale, private, gated community called Destiny West. The neighborhood is right across the street from the Crab Trap beach access and restaurant! It has a private pool that is able to be heated in the winter months and also comes with a complimentary 6-passenger golf cart. Get to the beach access in less than 1 minute on the golf cart, or in less than 5 minutes if you walk! Inside the community is a large community pool with restrooms, a tennis and basketball court, a gym, and a hot tub. 1ST FLOOR:

KITCHEN: This kitchen maximizes functionality with a kitchen island and bar seating for 4. Included are stainless steel Samsung appliances and a 5 burner gas range, double toaster, Keurig, coffeepot, crockpot, griddle, and blender, as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. It is fully stocked and ready to cook for large families.

DINING ROOM: A formal dining room table is adjacent to the kitchen and can seat up to 8 guests. Not only can you see the TV from this space, but it also has a front-row view of the backyard and pool.

LIVING ROOM: This cozy living room is right next to the dining room and has a full-sized sofa, a loveseat, and 2 accent chairs. Watch your favorite shows on the large 55-inch, 4K flat-screen TV.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #1: It has a queen-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. It also has its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

BATHROOM #4: This is an easily accessible bathroom adjacent to the laundry room, including a walk-in shower.

LAUNDRY ROOM: Located downstairs is a washer and a dryer. You will find all of the towels stored here.

BACKYARD: Your own lake-front oasis awaits you. Enjoy the saltwater pool and spa, or take advantage of the home’s beautiful dock over the lake.

2ND FLOOR:

BEDROOM #2: This room is a bunk room that includes a full/full bunk, dresser, and flat-screen TV. This bedroom shares Bathroom #2 with Bedroom #3, accessible from the hallway.

BEDROOM #3 + BATHROOM #2: This bedroom has a queen-sized bed, dresser, 2-night stands, and a flat-screen TV. This attached bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway.

BEDROOM #4 + BATHROOM #3: This master bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, accent chairs, and a flat-screen TV. It has a spacious, private bathroom with a walk-in shower and freestanding tub. It is complete with a private balcony that boasts a lake view.

Each Bathroom Has 1 of Each: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, Hand Soap Bar.

HOUSE RULES:
-This is a NON-smoking property.
-Weddings and Large Events are NOT permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, Eviction and forfeiture of any money paid and County and HOA fines may occur.
-We do not accept packages at the homes but recommend using the local UPS or USPS.

BOOKING POLICIES:
-Student, College and underage groups MUST ALL inquire and get approval before booking. Rates for student groups are subject to change; the price will be determined upon inquiry.
-If a student, college, or underage group is accepted, it will be subject to a $100.00 fully refundable damage deposit per person.
-Check-in Time is 5:00 pm Central Check-out Time is 10:00 am Central
-NO Trailers, Passenger Vans, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted within the Villas per HOA rules.
-Deposit + Payments
50% of the total rent is due to secure a home. Final Balance Due: The balance of rent, tax, and damage deposit must be paid 60 days before arrival
-Damage Waiver: $199-$379, covering up to $400-$800 in damage protection.

GOLF CART:
-Free Golf Cart Included with Rental. Some Exclusions may apply. Golf carts are not included for groups under the age of 25 or student groups.

PETS:
-This home is pet-friendly, up to 30lb in size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee of $150 per pet. Please request approval before booking.

PARKING:
-ALL CARS MUST BE IN DRIVEWAY. 4 CARS MAXIMUM. NO Trailers, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted per HOA rules.
