Bella Vista more than lives up to its name. This elegant, single level 2-bedroom, 2 bath tropical villa is located in the exclusive Cap Estate and perched on a hillside that affords sweeping views of Rodney Bay, Pigeon Point and the Caribbean Sea. There are two equally sized air-conditioned bedrooms, tastefully appointed and each with private bath. The living, dining and kitchen space is open concept, and the kitchen is modern, streamlined and fully equipped. The villa has the bonus of a semi-outdoor living space with comfortable outdoor furniture and an alfresco dining area.
This charming Cap Estate villa enjoys cooling sea breezes and features a large deck. Guests can lie back on the loungers and soak up the sun and the vistas by day, and when the sun goes down, the night skies and sparkling lights of the Gros Islet district. There are a few steps down from the main patio is the pool deck with loungers and barbecue area.
STAFF: Housekeeper/Cook - Monday to Friday 9am - 3pm
