You have exclusive access to the entire house during your rental period. There will be no other individuals living in the house aside from yourself.

***CLEANING & SUPPLIES***
The home is professionally cleaned, disinfected, and well-ventilated before guests arrive. We provide extra cleaning supplies you can use during your stay. Book with confidence. We look forward to hosting you at our lovely place.

To help us manage resources sustainably, we provide a limited supply of essentials such as toiletries, paper products, and kitchen basics. If you anticipate needing additional items during your stay, we recommend bringing extras or purchasing locally.

If you're staying for more than 20 days, we'll send a cleaner around day 15 to freshen up the place. The cleaning fee is $115 and will be collected upfront when you book.

Guest access
You will have full access to the house. We will send you a check-in access code 1.5 days before your check-in.

Interaction with guests
We will provide you with all our contact details should you need anything during your stay that will make your stay more comfortable.

Other details to note
We may visit the house during your stay for an inspection if your stay exceeds 28 days or in response to any complaints from neighbors.

Living room of the town house adjoins the room below of neighbor's house. Please be mindful of noise levels.

House has two levels, you need to climb stair for first level where you will find Living room , Kitchen & Powder washroom and then stairs to go to the bedrooms.

Please make sure to leave everything as it was upon arrival. Please do not move furniture to prevent property damage which may lead to possible charges.

Guests without reviews, less than 5-star ratings or with any negative host feedback may be asked for a refundable surety deposit for their stay.

This will be requested during the booking process, collected via Vrbo and returned to the guest upon departure and inspection by our cleaner assuming there have been no house rules violations or damages.

We appreciate hosting respectful guests and this surety helps us maintain this.
