Great condo!

Traveled to AMI and the Nautilus for over 45 years - and this is one of the best condos I have stayed at in that time. well appointed and comfortable!

Beautiful condo

This condo was absolutely adorable. Decorated so cute and has everything you need. Communication was excellent. The pool was great. I think we pick the hottest week of the year. lol.

Anna Marie Island is BACK! Beautiful beachside condo

Very tastefully decorated, well stocked, thought out layout, labels on everything, comfortable beds and furniture, great location. The only complaint would be we had an issue with a grandchild locking a door to the food/entryway closet on Monday and didn’t get a response from manager until Thursday because of New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. It would be nice to have someone address concerns any day when you’re on vacation. Otherwise it was perfect! We definitely will use this place in the future.

Sun, Fun & Good Food on Anna Maria Island

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nautilus 202 worked perfect for us - we were traveling with another couple and we prefer our own rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was great as was the living area and especially the balcony where we spent many evenings playing cards. The unit was clean and well equipped. We also enjoyed the heated pool after leaving the beach daily. This condo is a VERY easy walk down to the beach. It is also located very close to the free shuttle stop which was a plus for us when planning on our nightly dinners out. It was very easy to get in touch with the manager and they were also VERY communicative. We ate at 7 different restaurants on the island and each one had excellent service and food! What more can I say?!?! Definitely a "would stay again" place.
