Fabulous Home with Incredible Ocean Views

I staying in August with my four grown children and their partners. There are five generous bedrooms. The home is well equipped and very clean. The kitchen, dining area, and family room are spacious and offer breathtaking views. Excellent location. Absolutely recommended.

Amazing MTK home

Beautiful MTK home located right next to the Manor, about a mile from town. The view of Navy Beach is absolutely stunning while sitting on the large deck with the family. The house was very clean with plenty of room for everyone, especially when we all had to huddle in the living room on a rainy day. Thank you to the Balducci family for their wonderful hospitality!

This great vacation home never felt like a “rental”. From the minute we arrived, it felt like home.

Our stay over Thanksgiving at this beautiful hilltop property was as cozy and comfortable as if we were visiting our family at home. The house is roomy and well equipped for every activity from barbecuing to building with LEGO’s. This is obviously a beloved family retreat that the owners now generously share with lucky vacationers. Located a short walk from Montauk village and close to the beaches, the house is set away from busy roads and crowds making it ideal for families. Five oversized bedrooms are comfortably furnished with plush beds and quality linens. The living room, dining area and kitchen open to large decks with miles-wide vistas across the Bay, the Sound and northward toward Connecticut. Our time outdoors was limited by the record low, bitterly cold temperatures of late November, so we were especially grateful for the fireplace, a generous stockpile of firewood and a selection of indoor games and activities to entertain one and all. Best of all was the well stocked and equipped kitchen with a brand new professional stove that made cooking every meal, and especially our Thanksgiving feast, a pleasure! Finally, I have to mention that Amy, the owner and property manager, was most helpful with getting us settled in and acclimated, and she responded within moments to a couple of minor issues that arose that needed attention, ensuring that we were 100% comfortable throughout our stay. This was our first experience with renting a vacation home but I’m sure we could not have found a nicer, friendlier place to gather our family, and we thank the owners for their gracious hospitality.

Perfect House + Perfect Location = Perfect Stay!

I was visiting Montauk with my wife and 4 friends (+ their significant others) for a wedding at Montauk Downs, so we needed a house that was centrally located and could comfortably sleep 5 couples. Needless to say, this VRBO was absolutely perfect! The 5 rooms all had queen or king sized beds and plenty of privacy, and there were 3 bathrooms which meant minimal sharing / competing for shower time! Additionally, most of the wedding guests were staying at the Montauk Manor, which is literally right next to this house, so we could walk back and forth to see everyone! Finally, with the location between the Yacht Club, The Downs, and "downtown" where the other wedding events were hosted...this location could not have been more perfectly situated. Amy, the host, was communicative and super friendly! We plan on staying here for every future group trip to Montauk :)

MTK Weekend Review

Everything was perfect at this house. The property has one of the better views in all of Montauk and is located close to anything you would need. The house was beyond clean and the host was very responsive/helpful for whatever we needed. Highly recommend this spot and hope to come back soon.

Wonderful Visit at the Balducci Home

My husband, three daughters and new son in law thoroughly enjoyed our 5 nights visiting the Balducci’s warm family home! The bedrooms were spacious and lovely and the two decks truly did have endless views! Just gorgeous! We are missing the beauty of looking out over Fort Pond Bay!! Amy provided the check- in information with kindness and warmth! She also generously offered to allow us to take our time on the day that we were leaving and spend a little more time since the cleaners weren’t coming that day. So very nice! A wonderful vacation home!

Over the past few years, the descendants of the family have taken over management of the property and have transformed this house with many upgrades from the mechanicals to the roof, from the furnishings to the amenities. Everything you need to enjoy your time in Montauk is here waiting for you. The house is meticulously cared for and ready for our guests. Long enjoyed for fishing and hunting trips over the summers and winters, it is common to find us serving casual yet gourmet meals for 25+ people on a Saturday night (locals and visitors alike). This place is a dynamite spot to entertain! Whether it's an extended weekend or several weeks.
