WINDWARD AT REGATTA -
Windward på Regatta är en två sovrum, två badrum lägenhet med boende för sex i Newport. Du får din andel av hisnande vyer från denna helt nya lägenhet belägen strax söder om Yaquina Bay Bridge. Denna semester lägenhet har utsikt över bron, Yaquina Bay och Stilla havet. Njut av skarpa havsemorgnar och fredliga kvällar fyllda med ljudet av passande båtar, fåglar och sjölejon. Köket är utrustat med rostfria vitvaror, granit bänkskivor och trägolv. Titta på aktiviteten i bukten från matsalen medan du njuter av en trevlig måltid. I vardagsrummet har helt nya bekväma sittplatser för alla och en fäll ut bäddsoffa för kvällen. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng, gott om förvaring, och är perfekt för två. Satt i ett fönsterfönster med utsikt över bukten är det helt fantastiskt! Lyxen i denna lägenhet gör det till ett utmärkt val för din lilla gruppresa. Windward vid Regatta ligger nära det berömda Newport Aquarium och det spännande Nye Beach-området. Kom ner till Newport och se den här skönheten själv! Perfect getaway

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this unit. The location is perfect. Close to beach access, docks for crabbing & beach for clamming. The patio has a perfect view for watching boats crossing the bar & seeing marine life. Great kitchen comfy beds. Gsrsgec& elevator.

Lovely and relaxing

Very comfortable, relaxing and beautiful condo. Tastefully decorated, nice location, fabulous view. Love the view from the living room, master bedroom and bath. Spacious. We plan to come back for 3 nights in the future.

Seafood & Wine Festival

Amazing view! It was so enjoyable to watch all of the comings and goings in the harbor. Stayed here for the proximity to the Seafood & Wine festival-it couldn't have been a better location. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing stay

Had all the amenities and convenience of home. Restaurants and shopping nearby. The view of the harbor was unobstructed. Would definitely stay here again.

Second time here, we love it!

We love staying here. Our only issue was not receiving an email with check-in information, but we were able to call and get the codes easily. We’ll be back. Great location, beautiful views, just perfect for us.

Breathtaking

We loved our stay. The views are breathtaking. We watched sea lions playing in the water this morning. The condo is very clean and cozy. We plan to stay again in the future.

THE VIEWS!

Sunsets, strolling, easy to access, walkable to the aquarium.. not to mention lovely inside too. It was just perfect for us. Bring an eye mask to sleep, though. Those huge windows make for bright mornings but we can’t complain, considering the gorgeous light and views they offer.

Great location with great view.

The house is in not far away from the harbor and you can watch fishing boats sailing through your windows. But there is loud noise coming from the bridge in the evening. There is sand on the carpet when we checked in. There is not enough cleaning supply for our stay, but we got some from the local store. Water heater is small, and it runs out of hot water after my kids took shower. But overall, we are satisfied.

The door to the property isn't in the garage, it's upstairs so I was a little confused. And the ad didn't mention that you can't cook crab in the unit but aside from those things we had a great visit! Thanks for having us

Comfortable, Clean, Conveniently located! This spacious condo was a gem and I feel so lucky that we were able to stay at this property so last minute. All amenities were provided and the instructions for use were so clear. We even took advantage of watching a DVD. MY ONLY COMPLAINT-the balcony door is tricky!

Great Spot!

Note that it is a Condo and not a townhome. Entrance is on 2nd floor above the garage. We were a little confused checking in but I had two tired toddlers yelling at me while trying to figure it out so probably just me. Great location. We went clamming in the bay right in front of our place. Pier is just down the street. Great View. They do have a no Crab policy but that makes sense due to location next to Pier and how messy and stinky that can be. Overall we reallly enjoyed it and would come back. Having a garage was nice as well.

It is always a pleasure staying here. We have stayed here many times over the past 5/6 years, and always love it. It would be great to see the windows cleaned on the outside, in the last year we have stayed here three time, and noticed the windows do not look like they have been cleaned. In the past years, they always were clean, I know this is the beach, but, they have not been cleaned in awhile. The glass door to the patio, is great Thank you

Good times in Newport

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. Although the jacuzzi tub didn’t work and a few blinds were missing in the bathroom, making privacy a bit awkward. Nothing hanging a few towels couldn’t fix. Other then that we had a good time.

what a view!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely, clean and quiet condo, with an incredible view. It has a private balcony, overlooking the Yaquina Bay Bridge. Outside, there is immediate access to a paved walking path that goes past Rogue Brewery, the OR Coast Aquarium, the Hatfield Marine Science Center and to the estuary. Or you can walk along the road out to the south jetty. Inside, the beds, chairs and couch are very comfortable. I recommend this condo.

This condo was perfectly located and such a wonderful and comfortable place to retreat to. All the amenities were taken care of and we had no issues. I read prior reviews about not having trash bags or dishwasher detergent so I came prepared with my own but didn’t need any of it, everything was there. Also the windows were so easy to use, the directions were straight forward. I will book this condo the next time we come to Newport it was perfect!

Great Location and Set Up

Spacious accommodations in a great location. Enjoyed watching the boats go in and out of the harbor. Room sizes were generous with nice bathrooms. Kitchen and family room both large and comfortable. It was also nice to have a garage to park in. Elevator made packing stuff in and out easy. Very simple and straight forward leaving instructions. A few notes: The heat is radiant floor heat - so be sure to turn on as soon as you get there. Kitchen had basics for cook / bakeware, but be sure to bring any condiments / spices / foil / ziplocs you need with you. Garage keypad may have dead battery - so grab the opener from upstairs to use while you are there.

Beautiful view and comfortable accomodations

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the property! The view is astounding whether sun or rain. We were lucky enough to hit low tides and beautiful sunsets. The beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms lovely, even laundry in unit if you needed it. The great room area was in great conditions, all of the furniture was new except possibly the dining set. Everything we needed was right there.the only glitch we had was no garage door opener was there so we had to park one of our two vehicles on the street.We would absolutely rent this condo again!
