This property is a perfect example of the desert meeting the reef, with lush tropical gardens and a beautiful outdoor pagoda you will just feel right at home when you walk in the door.

This beautifully furnished, renovated, and pet friendly home is air-conditioned throughout.

In the main house there are three queen rooms, one primary with a full ensuite. The other two rooms are also queens serviced by a large family bathroom with a shower bath combo.

Outside nestled in the gardens is a separate annex with a queen bedroom, bathroom sitting area with a TV and fridge.

It is centrally located with shops and eateries only a 10minute walk. With double driveways there is parking area for multiple boats and cars it is an ideal choice for both family holidays and fishing trips alike.

Parking available for multiple boats and cars at front of house.

Parking available for 2 cars and 2 boat / trailer.

This property is entirely off grid with a battery system, please note that you will not be able to run the air conditioning all night as this will flatten the batteries, if this is to occur power will only be restored in the morning when the system will come back online with the sun.

Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Strictly no smoking inside this property.

Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am.

Minimum age for booking is 25 years and a security deposit is payable prior to check-in at the property.

This accommodation is not serviced, it is self-catering though we do provide bed linen and bath towels. You will need to bring your own pool/beach towels. As a goodwill gesture, housekeepers provide a limited provision of toilet paper and cleaning items. This supply is intended as a starter pack only and will not necessarily cover the duration of your stay. You will need to purchase more of these should you run out and these can be obtained from one of the two IGA supermarkets located in town. For more information on what to bring, please check the What to Bring section of our website.

This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.

Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine of the numerous local restaurants and cafes. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.

Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.

Family Christmas

Great property for a large family. Lots of different areas to hang out. Entirely one level which was very helpful for my 80 year old Dad. Great outdoor area. Excellent air con. No noise or disruptions. Very good cooking facilities. Bonus to get the key a bit earlier than expected on check in. Overall just a great place to spend Christmas with three generations.
